Kristin is a fantastic host. Always replied quickly. For individuals who have issues with stairs or stability issues it is a little trickier especially if they plan on using it as fishing cabin it is a tad tricky but overall fantastic cabin. Loon Lookout is the perfect name for it.

Excellent location!

Was a great stay! We brought a boat and parked it at the dock for the entire stay... worked very well. Property is right there next to the lake and you're walking distance to several places to eat and drink.

Great lake home in a convenient location

Very clean and had everything we needed. Lot's of room for a bigger group. Paddle boards were excellent. It is nice having the island to block the wake board waves from the docks as well. Walking distance to downtown!

Great Spot on Balsam Lake

Our family had an amazing time at this quaint cabin on Balsam Lake. The two docks were perfect for our boats and we appreciated being offset from the main lake where there was less traffic. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful fall getaway!

The leaves were exploding in color during our stay at Balsam Lake. The cabin was everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We brought our canoe to explore the lake and we found some lovely wineries/breweries nearby. We would absolutely stay again!

Nice family getaway!

My wife and adult daughter and I spent a lovely week at the cabin! Beautiful lake, excellent location as you can walk to the Thirsty Otter or walk to downtown! All in all a nice relaxing property and rental. Would do again without hesitation.
