Relaxing vacation

We had a very relaxing vacation. The pool and BBQ area were really nice to come home to after exploring Maui. The air conditioning worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed including a blender. We would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place, right next to the beach, with good waves for surfing, food trucks nearby and a walkable grocery store, exactly what we were looking for. Nice balcony perfect to have breakfast on, very calm, and feels like home

Great stay, the location is superb, and the apartment is very well-equipped. Nothing to say, apart from one small downside: quite a few midges/mosquitoes inside despite the mosquito nets.

This condo was perfect for what I needed! Walkable to grocery, multiple food spots, beaches, bars, all while also being private and peaceful enough to retreat back home when needed. The hosts were also accommodating and allowed for a later check out when I realized my flight was later in the afternoon! Would recommend or stay again!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect and Kihei has everything you need. The short walk to the beach and close proximity to great snorkeling spots is so nice. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at #307 Kalama Terrace. The condo is very well furnished, kitchen, beach stuff, etc, plenty of comfortable seating. The property was very quiet during our stay, only a few people other than us frequented the pool. Highly recommend this property. If we find ourselves back in Kihei we will stay here again.

It was quiet and well maintained. I think it’s the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in - truly! The kitchen had everything we needed, and sure appreciated the beach towels and chairs. It was in a quieter part of town, too. We visited the pool a few times and that was also great. Very happy with our stay!

Family-Friendly Comfort

Great apartment. Within walking distance to the beach, souvenir market and lots of restaurants. Host was responsive to our correspondence. Beach supplies are a great touch. Really enjoyed having coffee on the cozy balcony and the pool was popular with our kids. Would recommend.

Enjoyed the location, on site laundry, nice kitchen, short distance from the beach, and restaurants. It's not super fancy but equipped with what you need, includes beach chairs, umbrella.

We have stayed at Kalama Terrace many times in multiple units. P307 is a good choice there. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We do love the buildings location and especially the access to beaches and South Maui Gardens.

Great apartment close to the beach

We loved to stay in this apartment. It is close to the beach (including the cove, a popular surf beach) and had everything we needed. We loved to cook our own dinners, eat outside and watch the sunset.
