Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends (1 night minimum stay is fine for weekdays) unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 20 through August 15. Winter Holidays are also one week minimums, Thanksgiving is a 5 night minimum.

Other things to note
Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay. We bleach the floors, sheets, towels, railings, door handles, remote controls, light switch and switch plates. We also provide Lysol wipes to keep your stay as virus and bacteria free as possible.

Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation. (Gatherings of all sizes currently mandated against. See below.)

No smoking in or around the property.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use.
