We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and fully equipped. View of the lake was outstanding. We had s'mores by the fire most nights. Overall a great experience.
Sunset Oasis was a great home base for our annual trip to the Finger Lakes! It was wonderful to walk out on the deck and have the lake right there. We spent a cozy night in and had everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertainment and convenience. The location was quiet and quaint, with quick and easy access to several wineries and Aurora. Our weather was perfect, giving us a chance to use the hot tub in the evening and to stargaze at night. And we only took advantage of some of the amenities; a summertime stay would be great with the screened pitch, the slide and the kayaks! Friendly and welcoming hosts make this a great experience.
Beautiful location on the lake. The house was clean and well furnished. All the cooking and clean up supplies we needed. Morning, coffee on the deck and beautiful sunsets from the deck and from the screened in porch. We use the hot tub but did not use the waterslide for the kayaks because it’s late in this season. It was a perfect restful time.
This property was exactly what I wanted when I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway on the water! The hosts made the stay easy and everything they provided exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again or at their other properties. The views were breathtaking, the fire pit cozy and relaxing and having the water at the forefront of the trip made this stay fantastic! Highly recommend!!
We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend for the eclipse at Sunset Oasis. The sunsets did not disappoint! Would highly recommend for a low key weekend in the finger lakes.
Quiet and serene weekend getaway. Plenty of wineries and hiking in the area. Definitely recommend checking out the Taughannock Falls State Park, northwest of Ithaca and then coming back to relax at the hot tub, listening to the sound of waves on the lake.
We had a great early spring stay! The listing is immaculate and has everything you need and then some! Beautiful lakeside, so clean and comfortable. Owners terrific to deal with. Recommend highly.
This place was perfect for my stay. Exactly what I was looking for. Hosts were prompt with responses and listing was accurate. Loved that this house had two decks. Hot tub was nice as well.
My friends and I stayed for a long weekend for our annual girls trip. This by far has been the coziest stay right on the lake! The house was stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The views and location right on the lake is incredible. There is a winery and brewery right up the road too.
This property is perfect for having a grand lake adventure! I brought my brother and his groomsman here for a chill bachelor's trip and it was a fantastic time. The house was clean, the outdoor activities were plentiful, and the kitchen was equipped to cook anything we wanted to. Catching some perch off the dock and enjoying the sunset were the highlights of my weekend.
Absolutely perfect stay!!! We stayed at Sunset Haven a couple years ago and never thought we could top our stay there, it was wonderful. Sunset Oasis topped it! Both places were awesome but the view from the upstairs bedroom at Oasis is breathtaking! The hot tub was amazing with another fantastic view! We can't wait to come back. Thank you Paul!
A Gem in the Finger Lakes this Cayuga Lake Cottage checks all of the boxes ! Clean, comfortable, peaceful with beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Highly recommended getaway destination stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Lake House !
Loved this oasis on the lake. The views are awesome and the place is nicely decorated. The hot tub was great as it was chilly while we were there. Any questions were promptly answered by the owners and host. We visited a few wineries around the lake. Would like to come back in warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful deck!
