Welcome to The Sanctuary at Star Harbor! New to our rental program, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo offers breathtaking Tahoe views from the main living space, spacious deck and two of the three bedrooms.

Enter the condo via a short, uncovered pathway from the communal parking. Enter through the foyer-one queen bedroom is offered on the entry level. A full bath with a bathtub/shower combo and entrance from the foyer and bedroom is available. Journey up the stairs to the main great room space. Wow! What a view! 180 degree, breathtaking views are the highlight from the large lake facing windows. A cozy gas fireplace, flat screen tv w/streaming options, dining for up to 8 and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops round on the main floor. The large deck off the main floor is truly special, enjoy the peace and beauty of Lake Tahoe and listen to the gentle sounds of the lake lapping at the shore from the comfort of your own private deck.

From the foyer, journey down the stairs to the main bedroom floor. Two bedrooms face the lake with views-a 'kids' bedroom with full/twin bunk and twin trundle (sleeps 4) and an additional queen bedroom (both are equipped with flat screen tvs/streaming options). Across the hall these two bedrooms share a bath equipped with a stand up shower. At the end of the hall a stackable washer/dryer is available.

Star Harbor is a secluded complex, located 1.5 miles east of Tahoe City. This lovely landscaped property is situated on two acres and offers a heated pool (seasonal), tennis courts and a shared 300' HOA pier. Enjoy being in the heart of north Lake Tahoe, only minutes to shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes to Alpine/Squaw and 20 minutes to Northstar.

There is no AC. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
