The New Phoenix Orange Beach II is a low-density complex with a wonderful lazy river, slide, indoor pool, hot tub, and easy access to some gorgeous beach areas. There is a large workout area with saunas as well. There is even a beautiful fireplace in your living room to relax by after a day on the beach. The views from the balcony include watching the boating activity coming in and out of the Perdido Beach Pass so you have entertainment early and late afternoon. Outdoor dining set for all your sunset balcony dinners. All brand new, fresh clean and across from Wolf Bay Restaurant, ice cream parlor, donut shop.... what else do you need?

Great Family Spring Break Location

First off the property is completely up to par. It is newer, very clean, and everything in working order. Beds are super comfortable and it is very quiet at night for a good sleep. The owners were very responsive to any question we had before arrival, and upon arrival everything was ready to go on time. Would 100% stay again.

Why they chose this property

The newest Phoenix on the Gulf with low density and yet all of the special amenities of the lazy river, splash pad that happens to be close walking to the Perdido Beach Pass. The large beach outside is just breathtaking, the views from the balcony spectacular and the convenience of restaurants and shopping across the street is just simple. We think we have decorated with a Gulf flair so come and enjoy some soft mattresses !
