Welcome to Whitehouse Cottage by Clear Trail Properties - a cozy, updated 1920s home offering the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is ideal for families, outdoor adventurers, and extended stays. With easy access to snowmobile/UTV trails, skiing, waterfalls, and hiking, you’re never far from nature or local amenities.

Sleeping Arrangements:
✔ Bedroom 1 - King-size bed for a restful, roomy sleep
✔ Bedroom 2 - Bunk setup with 1 Full, 1 Twin, and a Twin trundle
✔ Sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 1 full private bathroom

✔ Fully stocked kitchen - just bring your food
✔ Cozy living room with comfortable seating
✔ New window A/C unit for warm months
✔ Two private driveways for parking trucks/trailers
✔ Street parking available in spring, summer, and fall (not allowed in winter due to snow regulations)

The place was just as pictured, and there were some hiccups ( things happen I get it) but I do have to say they responded very quickly and fixed the problem. As far as pet friendly and the house I feel like there were a lot of rules and don’t really feel like it really was “pet friendly “ I had to sign a 9 page agreement before getting access code….

Cottage is well equipped and a very nice place to relax after skiing. Hills are close, bed is comfy and Ashley was super responsive to my questions. I would consider the place Ultra clean as welll. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful cozy home in the heart of Ironwood!

We loved our stay at Whitehouse Cottage - everything was perfect! From the cozy blankets, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great decore it could not have been better. The location close to downtown Ironwood, Indianhead and Blackjack and Powderhorn, and the Montreal ski trails was excellent too. We'll be back!

Ironwood MI getaway

This was a fantastic house in a great location for skiing and snowmobiling! The house is very cozy, clean and has everything! The house is on a nice street and very close to everything in Ironwood, hurley WI and all 3 ski resorts! Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again! We go to ironwood a lot for ski races and this was the bast rental we have ever had. Super cute and well decorated home, super clean, well stocked with extra blankets and all the kitchen gadgets/small appliances you could ask for!
