7 minutes walk from the Côte des Basques and 5 minutes from the center of the Bibi Beaurivage district (restaurants and shops).
Easy free parking and bus stop in front of the house. Press and supermarket in front of the house also.
Outdoor shed for surfboards and wetsuits, and bike area.

This house of 120m2 and its garden near the center of Biarritz can accommodate your family thanks to its 4 bedrooms located on the 1st floor with each, its bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, its living room includes a seating area, a kitchen, a table for your meals and a co-working space.

The house is ideal for 10 people and is arranged as follows:

The rooms:
- bedroom 1: a queen size bed 160 x 200
- bedroom 2: a queen size bed 160 x 200
- bedroom 3: a queen size bed 160 x 200
- bedroom 4: a bed 140 x 200 + a bunk bed 90 x 200

- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker.
-The living room has a large sofa, TV and dining table for 10 people.

-A co-working space is exclusively dedicated to you for teleworking, in which you will benefit from a broadband internet connection and a printer.
Two washing machines are available in the garage of the house.

Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase), bath linen (bath sheet, bath mat) and linen (2 kitchen towels) will be provided and beds made upon arrival.

You can park easily thanks to the many free parking spaces on the street and in front of the house.

Even without a car you can move easily, you will be a step away from a bus stop that will allow you to visit the whole city easily.
A 2 minute walk, in front of the house you will find a supermarket and a press.
5 minutes walk you will find the animation of the Bibi Beaurivage district
with its restaurants and mouth shops.
Biarritz Airport is a 7-minute drive away.

Bonjour,Nous souhaitons signaler plusieurs éléments trompeurs concernant la maison que nous avons louée via votre plateforme :1.Maison divisé non précisée :L’annonce indiquait qu’il s’agissait d’une maison entière, alors qu’en réalité le logement était une maison coupée en deux, avec d’autres locataires présents dans la seconde partie. Cette information est majeure et aurait dû être clairement précisée, car elle change totalement la nature de la location et l’intimité attendue.2.Garage inexistant pour le stationnement : l’annonce indiquait la présence d’un garage pour garer la voiture, ce qui a influencé notre choix. Or, le garage n’était pas utilisable pour le stationnement. Nous avons donc dû trouver une autre solution, ce qui n’était pas prévu.3.Distances inexactes : les distances annoncées par rapport à la Côte des Basques et au centre-ville ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, ce qui a également pesé dans notre décision de louer ce bien.Ces points constituent une information incomplète et trompeuse par rapport à l’annonce initiale.
