Welcome to the beautiful, historic Tampa Heights neighborhood located minutes from downtown and walking distance to Tampa’s trendiest spots.

Built in 1900, this fun little cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 4 people.

A short walking distance from the Riverwalk, Armature Works and multiple breweries. Minutes from Tampa Airport, Amelie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Ybor City and Sparkman Wharf.

Just minutes off highway 275 and I4, only 30 minutes to white sand beaches.

This renovated cottage is bright and airy with high ceilings and fun decor.

There is a large kitchen equipped with glass top range, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, keurig (k-cups, half&half and sugar included) and dining for 2. There is also a front loading washer and dryer with detergent.

The cozy living room features a wall mounted smart tv, a fireplace, couch, chair, board games and books!

The first bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

There is a large over patio to enjoy that has a conversational set, gas grill, and lanai chairs for reading or sunbathing.

It was very clean and comfortable with a cute aesthetic. The manager was super responsive with any questions. Close to what we needed- a wedding at Armature Works. We didn’t stay long, but there were bikes and a little airing areas out back .

Cute little place

Owners were great to deal with. Very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Adorable little house. Some of the furnishings could stand to be updated, but definitely not a deal breaker. I'd stay again if I were in the area.

Great place to stay!

I came with a few friends to Tampa for the weekend and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is pretty good, the hosts are very kind and communicative, and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location

This is the cutest 1900 bungalow which was perfect for a last minute trip for Spring Break! The communication with Kelsey and Richard was amazing! Highly would recommend and stay again!
