Lakefront Home with Pool on Lake Sinclair Perfect for Large Groups

This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath lakefront home offers unbelivable views and breathtaking sunsets you can watch from our newly installed inground pool. Our home has an open floorplan with a loft bedroom overlooking the great room and beautiful view of the lake. The loft sleeps 5 with a queen, a full, and a twin sized bed. The huge master bedroom overlooking the lake includes an ensuite bathroom with a roomy tile shower. The second master bedroom is also lakeside and has a king bed and full bathroom. The 4th bedroom contains a queen bed, along with a full, twin, twin triple bunk bed and a full bathroom.
Spend a quiet afternoon laying out on the dock or enjoying the rocking chairs on the covered porch while taking in the beauty of the quiet cove. Your evenings could be spent on the huge patio grilling out and making smores over the firepit.
Our property is right down the road from Oconee Springs Campgrounds. Oconee Springs Campgrounds offers a beach, paddle boat rentals, an inflatable playground in the lake, as well as, a general store. The boat ramp at Oconee Springs Campgrounds is a convient place to put in your boat or jetskis.
The large kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd, but if your wanting to go out to dinner, Milledgeville and Eatonton offer many dining options.

Wonderful time with our youth!

We had a wonderful time! The teenagers loved the pool! The porch was great for morning Bible reads and living room perfect for daily Bible studies! We had the best time! Hope we can visit again soon!

Excellent for Families

This lake house was perfect for a week long family trip! Plenty of parking (For Cars & Boats) the boat ramp is 3 minutes away, so no aggravation trying to find one. Everyone loved the pool and was perfect for relaxing when getting off the boat. Julie was an awesome host and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Location!

Having a pool was the best and it was very clean! Our family (8 adults and 7 kids) had a great time, even though we could have used another bedroom! The common area was very roomy. We enjoyed hanging out at the dock, but I would recommend to the owners that a ladder be installed for easier access to the lake! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great place to get away

The property is located in a perfect spot in cove if you are looking to chill at dock or soak in the lake. The house is setup perfectly for guest and has everything you need. Also located a minute from the marina so gas, ice, or anything little thing you may need is a short boat ride or in vehicle. We can't say enough about the property. Thanks again.

Big family getaway

The house was awesome. Had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a great time. 2 master bedrooms made it good for our 2 families and then we had a boys room and the girls loft. We didn't think we needed a place with a pool, but i don't think there was a time when somebody wasn't in the pool. The location was great in a deep water cove, we had no problems with the boats at all! Beautiful property and would highly recommend!!

Beautiful, spacious house on great part of Lake Sinclair

After years renting on Lake Oconee, this was our first trip to Lake Sinclair, and we loved it. The house was even more spacious than the pictures, clean and new, with high end finishes and a well-equipped kitchen. Great, flat backyard - perfect for throwing a football or cornhole. Located on a beautiful, calm part of the lake, it was perfect for tubing, wake-surfing, and wakeboarding. 25 minutes to shopping and restaurants near Reynolds Plantation and 30 minutes to Milledgeville. Easy! Good wifi for working from the house. We had a large family group with adults and teens, and everyone had a wonderful time.

Fun times at the lake

We had a great experience at the lake. Caught fish and enjoyed the outdoors. Drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was a calming way to wake up daily. We had 10 total and were comfortable in the house. The kids loved the bunk room and all fit to enjoy their own room. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect Multi Family Vacation Home

We booked this for our 15 year old sons birthday weekend with another family. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 15-5 and it was the perfect spot for everyone to have their own space yet still come together for dinner and family fun. Home was very well maintained, clean and stocked with anything you could need. Owners were prompt with responses and wonderful to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Geese

The only negative was all the geese poop in the yard. Our young grandkids were not able to play out in the big yard. It was everywhere. I would investigate trying to find a way to keep them out or hire someone to come clean off the yard. One reason we rented this houses was the yard and a space for the kids to play!
