House was awesome. We loved the large space, the fire pit and the large outdoor patios. Home was clean and fully stocked with everything you could think of from indoor and outdoor games for all ages. We would definitely stay there again.
Fantastic property we thoroughly enjoyed our week. After we got thru the dirt road (phew) the bathroom drains need to be better but everything else was fine.
We really enjoy the set up of this property. Perfect location on the lake and a good layout of the house for a bigger group. It does need a good deep cleaning (think windows and baseboards) but the basics were clean (sheets and floors). We will return again!

Great vacation house!
We had a great weekend at the lake with friends! This house is very spacious. The scenery and location is great! I would highly recommend renting this house for a vacation!
We rented this place for a family weekend getaway. It far exceeded our expectations. It is a very nice and relaxing location. The house is very roomy and nice. I love that it was pet friendly so our dog got to enjoy the trip. We will definitely rent again!
We had a great vacation and the location on the water was perfect! The lot was level and great for my elderly mother and grand babies walking back and forth to the dock! The only down fall was putting the boats in and the dirt road access. Everything else was great!
Great house, excellent location on the lake. We had multiple families & had plenty of room. Spacious kitchen & huge decks are a plus. We did have trouble finding the community boat ramp but owner was very helpful & immediately got us directions to the nearest public ramp.
We traveled with 12 adults and we fit perfectly. The house is bigger than the pictures show. Property is in a cove, which we really enjoyed. House was clean and beds were comfy. We brought a boat and there was plenty of room on the dock to tie up. We will definitely be back!

Great large very clean house!
We rented this house for additional family and friends over the week of Thanksgiving. It was perfect for what we needed!! It is very very remote, but that was fine as we live right up the road! Last year we rented a house for the same purpose but we had to take and pick up guests by boat (which was chilly in November). We will definitely rent this house again!

Great View! Plenty of room
We had 6 adults and 4 kids.. kitchen fully stocked so don't pack your kitchen like I did!
Great lake view and quiet area. Good fishing from dock & bank. Like ad says.. off dirt road but not a big deal.
I loved this house. It is 100% the best house on the lake in the area. There is plenty of room inside and outside. I wish the pictures on the listing were updated to show how much better the house is than what it looks! The island in the kitchen is huge and is a great focal point!
We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Sinclair! The house was great and the property beautiful. The roads getting there were a blast, but unexpected….hahaha! Oh and take the owners words to heart! Pack food before you get there as grocery stores are 45 mins away. But such a great place to relax, unwind and spend time with family! Highly recommend!
This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. It’s a beautiful place. Flat front yard that goes right up to lake. Walk ways are concrete which is wonderful for people in wheelchairs. The only set back is that there is not a ramp for handicapped people. Other than that, it’s a great place to go for a family get away. We love it.
Each year, all our family votes to stay at your house in June. They love the location, the house and dock. I love the big kitchen and dining options which accommodate all of us.
Each year we see improvements to the house. We will continue to stay at your house as long as we can. In years to come, they will say,
"Remember when......, it was so much fun!!"

AMAZING
If you are looking for an amazing time at the lake, this is the rental for you! I have been to multiple lakes and lake homes. This house is by far the best. The house is secluded and you have to take a couple of unfinished roads, but the location of this house has a 1800 degree water view. While here we rented jet ski and pontoon! FUN!!!

Family Fun!
Lake Sinclair is close enough that we don't have a long travel time and can spend more time enjoying ourselves. The house has a LARGE kitchen and serves as our grand central station as we gather for food, fun and family. At the lake, there is always something to do - swimming, fishing or boating and there are games on site - corn hole and horseshoes, board games and cards. We don't have to leave the house for activities. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the "M" 's for opening their family retreat to our family.

secluded family retreat!
We loved our visit to this spacious home!! Lots of yard for kids to enjoy, beautiful scenery, and lots of fish!! Family conversations and roasting marshmallows were perfect around the firepit!! Front porch was perfect for relaxing and reading! The covered dock was perfect for fishing with my grandsons while it was raining! So many precious memories were made during our visit. This home is secluded and off the beaten path which is excellent for limiting those back-and-to store visits. Take everything you need including board games and movies, and just relax, fish, and enjoy the family!! Can't wait to go back!!

Great place for GCSU graduation for a group!
Enjoyed our long weekend get away at this comfy, spacious home with family joining us from CA for our son's GCSU graduation. We were able to relax on the porch while a blue heron entertained us with several visits, tool around the beautiful lake with a pontoon rental from Jereshai, motor over to Jackson's for dinner, & cook a couple full meals for our group of 8 adults. Everything worked well to accommodate our group & Lauren was very responsive. Having a pontoon made it much easier to get into town for graduation with cars parked at the marina. Thanks for sharing your lake house with us!
Our extended family gets together in a new location each year during the first week of June and chose this home for our 2019 trip. The home was perfect for our mixed group from child to elderly and suited us all, whether seeking quiet kayaking at the lake, fishing from the dock, drifting in the refreshing lake, or eating s’mores by the fire pit. We loved family meals on the accommodating deck, and card games in the dining space. The openness kept us all together, even while cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Our family loves Lake Sinclair & we thoroughly enjoyed the laughter and time spent at this lovely home. Thank you!!
Lots of space inside and out. Great for larger groups. Fantastic views of the lake. Comfortable beds and kitchen has all you need to cook with. Quiet area off the beaten path for sure. Roads coming into the property are a bit daunting in the rain (clay, steep, rolling roads that turn to slippery mush in the rain). Drive-able but take caution in the rain. Bring food in with you. It's a 30 - 40 minute drive to grocery store and 20 - 25 minute drive to garbage dumpster site. Not an issue, just plan for it. Overall, a very nice place to stay and play.
We all loved this house! It has a great kitchen, and the yard is amazing with lots of parking. The dock is very nice and the yard has a beautiful view of the lake on all of the front and one side of the house. It was very well stocked and comfortable.
The downfalls were minor, such as it being an older property, but well-maintained, so we would definitely visit again. The other negative is that it was hard to get the refundable deposit back. The owner did get it processed with it posting back to my account 3 weeks after our check out. Seems like a long time when the property was left in great condition.
All in all it was a property that we would book again. Many great memories were made here and we appreciate the opportunity to stay.
We’ve been gathering for 10 years over the New Year (10 different rentals). This was one of the best. This is a property easily accommodated our large gathering in a very user-friendly way. The only reason for the 4 star in Cleanliness is that a last minute “flooding” prior to arrival was needed. That is a very minor criticism, however. One of the best lake lots I have ever seen. Huge level front yard great for outdoor activities. Great fire pit, great dock. It’s out in the boonies but that’s a plus in my opinion. Super communication with the manager. All in all, just a great trip. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We came with another family- 8 people in total and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved swimming off the deck and making s’mores in the fire pit. We caught a few catfish, too! We did a lot of bird and turtle watching from the back deck. It is very remote, at least 30 minutes to town, but that was perfect for a 2020 style vacation! Only suggestion we have is to add trash cans for storage in between trips to the dump site. We stored it in the back of our truck but animals still got into it at night. My husband had to make trips every other day, just kind of inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s great house! Perfect for hosting families or groups!
