What an excellent spot in Vancouver! Everything is new, spotlessly clean and well stocked. The location is very walkable (easily walk to grocery stores), quiet neighbourhood with ample parking on the street. The whole house has been recently renovated including the rental unit on the lower floor. They've done a fabulous job with this as the unit has many windows letting in natural light, all of the fixtures and furnishing are modern and comfortable, and the ceiling even has a concrete overlay to virtually eliminate any sound transmission from above (where the owners live). Communication with the host was excellent. Everything regarding the rental was top-notch. We will happily stay here again (and plan to again next spring) and will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family. Thank you Mario & Kristina!

Had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as described - very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Hosts are quick to respond, friendly, professional and provided all necessary information for a seamless check in. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts!
