​CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the hidden gem of Sandpiper Cove. This unit is located in highly sought after "Beachwalk" location and poolside to heated Pool and 3 hot tubs. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with Bunks sleeps up to 6 people with a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen with plenty of counter space, rounds out the inside of this beach condo.
The unit is located next to the main pool area as well as a few of the practice putting greens. You will be less than a 3 minute stroll to the private deeded beach access point of The Gulf of Mexico. This access point is gates for both vehicles and walkers with a gate so you will have access to our stunning beaches. We also have the unit ABOVE (Property ID 2233126) this unit so if you have two families visiting this is the perfect spot for you! Each unit sleeps 6. We cannot wait to work hard to provide you the vacation of your dreams.

We enjoyed the stay, convenient location. Great Owner to work with. The only recommendation I would make for the property would be to add blackout curtain curtains in the bedroom. It would help sleeping in on vacation.

Great stay overall! The place was beautifully decorated and spotless, with a great location just steps from the pool and beach. Everything was well stocked and made our week easy.My only complaint was the mattresses — they were really uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on springs, and my back paid for it all week. Sleep quality took a hit because of this. So uncomfortable. If the beds were updated, we’d book again in a heartbeat. Great property otherwise!

The place was clean. The host was very responsive and so kind. I was able to reach her about anything. My daughter loved having a bunk bed. We loved the location. The pool was right behind the unit along with a grill. We loved that the place came with a wagon because we left ours back home 5 1/2 hrs away. The free beach service was also a plus!! Definitely got our monies worth!

The location of this unit next to the pool grill as well as proximity to the beach is one of our main attractions. My kids also love playing on the Free nine hole part three golf course as well as the Pickleball courts when they want a break from the beach. I typically use the beach service as many days as possible!

Fantastic stay!

Our trip to Destin was absolutely fantastic. Our host Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and we were even offered early check in! The home is perfect and a great family place to stay. The pool and hot tubs were perfect and the beach is right across the street. We will be returning for sure! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Condo!

Amazing stay. Great location, really close to the beach. Comes with your own beach spot with chairs and umbrella. Reasonably priced and close to everything a family wants to do. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Destin.

Perfect location

We were right by th pool and grill! And a very short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive. I would recommend taking more bath towels or laundry soap to wash, there was only five towels.

Cassidy, I am glad you enjoyed your stay at Sandpiper Cove. Location is one of my favorite things about this condo, next to the pool, grill and a short walk to the beach. I apologize that the number of towels only allowed us to receive 4/5 stars. Housekeeping leaves 1-2 towels extra per guest check in and a starter pack of laundry detergent until you can make a trip to the store for the rest of the week. As you mentioned I am very responsive with my guests questions or concerns, I would have gladly had housekeeping drop off more linens. I try to help accommodate each guest and their stay. We would love to have you back and be given an opportunity to earn 5 stars from you!

Great space and location!

This condo was in the perfect location for our family! Very convenient to the beach, pool/hot tubs and pickleball courts. The host was very responsive and worked to address any concerns in a very timely manner. We really enjoyed our time there!

Beach was a close walk, pool was right outside patio but couldn’t hear noise when door was closed. Nice size condo. Just needs a good cleaning- around toilet was gross and the bottom of shower curtain was yellow and smelled sour. Under kitchen sink was pretty dirty. Bottom of garbage can when bag was out had grease and other debris. Towels had an old musty cabinet smell as they were stored under bathroom sink. I even washed them myself and still smelled bad. Pans were old and scratched up so everything I cooked stuck. A good refresher of the condo would fix it back up to 5 starts again. Great location.

Enjoyed Every Minute

My husband and I loved our stay! The location is wonderful - so much to walk to and the proximity to the beach was perfect for us. We also liked being next to the pool and hot tubs for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. We met many wonderful people on the property who were all enjoying their stay as well.
