Many people park outside without an issue and never get ticketed, but we wanted to be completely up front.

If you choose to use the pool/beach towels, please be so kind as to wash and dry them. They are so big, they take forever to dry.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Our only concern was that being fairly sensitive to scent the washing detergent the towels and sheets were washed in was quite strong for our family. Some may find no issue certainly. Wonderful location! Close to so much!

Good place for a family trip. The amenities were good, although if our timing would have been better, there were more pickleball courts being built which would have been nice. We tried to play some basketball, but it was close to the construction area and gravel piles were there. No worries, we found other things to do. Bring your own ping pong balls for the table! Nice to have indoor and outdoor pools, when the weather is bad. This condo was reasonably stocked. Plenty of beds for a family if you have kids. The drive to Harbor Springs was not bad, as well as the Petoskey area. Overall nice trip.

This was a wonderful , clean property. The pics were accurate and the location excellent for Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Loved the indoor fitness facility. I was able to swim each day…a big plus for my lap swimming. Would definitely recommend.

Great Time Up North!

It was a long weekend trip for our 52nd wedding anniversary. We wanted to be near Petosky to see a group of old friends and the location was perfect! A really comfortable facility with everything we needed to make it a wonderful trip!

What I love most about being a host isn’t just sharing a place to stay — it’s sharing a feeling.

Northern Michigan has always been special to me. There’s something about the fresh air, the tall trees, the quiet mornings, and the adventure waiting just down the road. Every time I come here, I feel like I can breathe a little deeper and slow down a little more. And I wanted to create a space where other people could feel that too.

Being a host allows me to offer more than four walls and a bed. I get to offer a cozy retreat after a day of skiing at Nubs Nob, a comfortable place for families to gather around the table playing cards, or a peaceful patio where someone can watch the sunset dip below the trees.

I love knowing that guests will wake up and start their day with excitement — maybe heading to Petoskey State Park, exploring Harbor Springs, golfing, hiking, or simply enjoying the calm of Trout Creek’s trails and pools. And then they’ll come back “home” to a space that feels warm, updated, and welcoming.

Hosting is meaningful to me because it’s about creating memories for others. It’s about helping couples reconnect, giving families a place to laugh together, and providing friends a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

I take pride in the little details — making sure the condo feels clean, inviting, and ready for someone’s vacation, weekend getaway, or special tradition.

At the end of the day, I love being a host because I get to share one of my favorite places with people who will come to love it too.
