Our Home is well-equipped, spacious & stylish plus is directly between Baylor, the Silos & Magnolia Table. Our apartment is your home away from home with a wonderful location to unwind and explore Waco.

*We can ONLY host 5 guests MAXIMUM. After the 5th guest, we would charge $40 for each person staying/visiting our apartment.

Stayed at this 2bed/2bath for graduation weekend. It was right by Baylor and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Davin the host was super-responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This was hands down one of the best and most convenient places we’ve stayed since we’ve been visiting Waco the past few years.

This has been one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment was super clean, comfy, and cozy. The location was great since it was close all of the places we wanted to visit. Loved all of the accommodations and communication with the host. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

OUTSTANDING LISTING!!! Our stay was fabulous! The property is just as listed and pictured! You can tell they care about your stay and that you have everything you need as the communication was very clear and reaponses prompt. You will find the space inviting and cozy. Comfortable beds and living room furniture! A FULY STOCKED KITCHEN!!! Extra touches that make you valued as their gueats as well. If ever back in the area we would gladly stay again! Parking in a gated lot next to building. Even offered late check out for us, but we declined as we had plans that early afternoon. Top notch Accommodations and Hosts!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed - we especially enjoyed being able to brew our own Starbucks coffee in the mornings. The apartment was also in the prime location for visiting Baylor and downtown Waco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
