Excellent location and great renovation

Hubby recognized this property as apartment where he lived during our Baylor days in the 1980s. Same great location - near Ferrell Center as we came to town for a couple of basketball games - but renovated very well with a cool industrial vibe. Highly recommend!

Awesome Condo with a great location

Our stay at the condos was AWESOME!! Were were in Waco to tour Baylor and this is the perfect property. Located right across the street (basically on campus). The unit was spacious, nicely Decorated and well stocked. We were greeted with a snack basket and bottle of wine which was an unexpected touch. It was a pleasure to deal with Jack and Ashley. We were two moms and three girls and we had girls attending Baylor that could walk over and visit! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Stay

Condo was immaculate upon arrival; loved the kitchen and the updated appliances. Wished we had the chance to cook in the well appointed kitchen. Loved the gas range and refrigerator. The location was perfect (Baylor University is a beautiful campus). It was a great condo for the three of us, who were in town to visit Magnolia, the Silos, and the fabulous bakery. Highly recommend taking the Waco Tours (so much information about Waco and it was great to stop by Common Grounds for a "No Bull" iced coffee. Highly recommend Torchy's Taco's and Salt Grass Steakhouse. Would love to visit again. Thank you Jack for having such great accommodations.

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Why they chose this property

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
