Welcome to this elegant 140 m2 family home, designed to comfortably gather up to 10 travelers. This carefully renovated residence combines charm, generous spaces, and an exceptional location in the heart of Sables-d'Olonne.
Do everything on foot, with simplicity
Just a few meters from the Grande Plage and in the heart of the Presidents' district, enjoy the rare luxury of doing everything on foot. Arago Market 500 m away, refined shops (bakery, butcher/delicatessen, pharmacy, etc.), numerous restaurants, walk on the Remblai... fully experience Les Sables-d'Olonne, without constraints!

The vast living room dining room open kitchen offers a bright setting where we love to gather: preparing dinner, opening a good bottle, playing with children, savoring the softness of the evening...

A warm outdoor space, accessible from several rooms, perfect for sunny lunches, relaxed aperitifs, or reading moments.

Wifi, Orange TV, complete equipment: everything is designed for a smooth and comfortable stay.
An elegant and versatile house, ideal for families or groups who want to gather, share, and create beautiful memories while respecting the tranquility of the place.
Practical Information
Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)
Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
A personalized and proximity service! Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional service or tourist advice.
