Nice place! Walking distance to downtown in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in dining area and living room. Large kitchen and great porch. The beds seemed small but we are used to a King. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay during our trip. Mark the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. The house is just adorable and lots of room for family to be comfortable and not feel on top of each other. We hope to someday book in the summer months to experience the beach and all Ludington has to offer.

Very clean, cozy. Well equipped. Extremely convenient to the waterfront and downtown restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Mark was extremely responsive to any questions, made recommendations as to where to eat and what to see. Can’t go wrong here! My son and I were there to salmon fish, so the photos are of our success.

The house is exactly as described and pictured and was perfect for our girls trip. Ludington is a wonderful small town and the house is within easy walking distance of the beach, parks, shops and restaurants. It is also centrally located along Lake Michigan and was a great home base for visiting towns from Holland to Mackinac Island. We’re already talking about our next stay here. Mark is an awesome host; very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

If you like downtown and Stearns Beach in Ludington, this is a great location! It was clean and communication with the owner was superb. The ceiling in the basement is low, so if you sleep down there be aware. The living room is big. We had 7 people and it fit all of us very comfortably. The dining room table was also large. We had a great stay!

House was very welcoming and accommodating for a family of 6. Kitchen stocked well for preparing meals. There is no dishwasher, so you do have to wash dishes by hand. Living area large and a great room to watch movies or play games. The yard is great size for playing backyard games. Bikes, beach toys and chairs are provided along with a wagon for hauling everything to the beach. The front porch is a great place to eat to enjoy the weather and neighborhood. Every morning a family of deer walked in the alley. There are deer everywhere you go. It is a beautiful location. For serious bikers, there are trails within an hour or two to enjoy. House is walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and parks. The owner was great in communicating. He answered questions promptly and helped when needed.
