Escape to this wonderful Seacrest Beach West home, "Shiloh", where you will be greeted by an expansive open concept first floor living, dining and kitchen that lead out to the stunning private pool and private back yard where you can soak up the FL sunshine! On the first floor there is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and sliding glass doors that lead out to pool deck from this bedroom. Additionally on the first floor is a shared guest bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed with a private en suite with a stand up shower and dual vanities, this bedroom has access to a wrap around balcony. The third guest room is on the second floor with two queen size beds, this guest room also has access to the wrap around balcony where you will find peek a boo Gulf Views! The shared guest bathroom in the hallway has a dual vanities and tub/shower combo. Head on up to the third floor where you will find a twin over full size bunk bed for the kiddos! There is also a third floor balcony with peek a boo Gulf Views!  

Outside is where you will enjoy the majority of your time! You can take a quick outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and then make a splash in the private pool! Grill up your fresh catch of the day on the propane grill or take a quick bike ride to unwind along 30A! This huge backyard is private and allows plenty of room for any activity your family requests! Go outside the fence to the grass side yard and set up yard games for a fun friendly family competition! Enjoy the poolside fire pit under the stars and reflect on your wonderful 30A vacation. Guests also have access to the two car garage. 

“Shiloh” is a short distance from Alys and Rosemary to the east, or venture to the west to Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor!

The home is beautiful and the back yard was a huge hit for our group. The option of the pool or the beach was perfect for our group. We all agreed we would stay here again.Only negative was the very small kitchen, but we made it work.

We enjoyed our stay - the property was great for our group of two families. Quiet area, yet close (quick bike ride) to Rosemary and The Big Chill. Easy walk to the beach, which was never crowded. We brought a wagon for our beach gear which was a big help. Super responsive property manager.

The perfect getaway!

We loved every second of staying in this beautiful house! It has everything you could ever need and more! The outside area and pool were more than we could imagine. The short walk to the beach was so easy even with three kids. We will 100% recommend to anyone and will be back!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property had all the features for an amazing vacation for our family. We had three generations, and the layout and spaciousness allowed us all to have our own areas while also providing wonderful community space. The outdoor space is just wonderful - a fantastic pool, plenty of chairs in both the sun and shade, a grill and two tables (one covered and one not), which allowed us to eat most meals outside. We walked to the beach every day with 3 young kids, enjoyed walks in the immediate neighborhood down the street, and just overall had a great stay.

Amazing Stay on 30A!

This was our first time staying in the 30A area and we are so glad we chose this rental. The house was very large and clean, very much as described, however, it was the outdoor space that really made our stay. The yard is one of the bigger ones in the area and the kids and adults both loved the pool area. The house sits 1 lot back from 30A so there isn't much road noise but still only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. A maintenance guy had to change some filters while we were there but they notified us ahead of time and while he was there he asked if there was anything else that we needed. Having the garage space was nice as well for bikes and we rented a golf cart. It's nice that the house consists of all tile and hardwood floors throughout, even though we typically removed our shoes there is always a bit of sand that gets tracked in even when using the outdoor shower. Be forewarned that the house does echo a lot as there isn't much to absorb the sounds and noise could be heard even when bedroom doors were closed. We would definitely stay here again! Mike

Beds and pool

We chose this place because of the number of beds for those in our party and Downstairs bedroom for one who could not climb stairs and “close” access to the beach. Please be aware that the rental company who manages this home does not give you the code for across the street beach access for this neighborhood. They say the closest “access” in 2 minutes down the road. Not acceptable. Also- the chair and umbrella rental directly across the street on the beach is monopolized by the beachfront condos. This was a MAJOR downside to our stay here and not mentioned in the listing. Also there was only one set of papertowels and one large trash bag given. The listing mentioned 2. We also had to ask that the pool be cleaned when we arrived and there were two repairmen who came by unannounced.

Nice home close to Seacrest Beach!

We loved staying in this darling home for a week! The beds were super comfortable, there were more than enough nice bath towels, the house was very clean, the location (just a short walk across 30A to the boardwalk down to the beach!) was great, we had a blast riding the bikes provided… Only a few things we could point out (that were by no means “deal-breakers”): *Vertical plastic blinds in every room were missing slats; we were concerned they would all break! *Limited household necessities like trash bags, paper towels, etc. There were only 5 of us staying there but we quickly ran out of these items as only 1 or 2 of each were provided. *Several light bulbs were out and batteries needed replaced in remotes. *We cleaned the pool everyday; as far as we knew there was no pool service. We had some strong storms throughout the week and leaves from trees near the pool crowded it and filled up the filter area quickly. If we hadn’t cleared them - what might have happened? All in all, we had a great time as a family and felt very comfortable in the home! Our only wish was to have had better weather…(super strong storms on all but two days of the whole week!) Many thanks for the opportunity to vacation in such a cool beach home!

A Decent Stay

The house itself is very quirky. It has been recently painted and the absolute best part of the house is the close proximity to the beach and the large pool area. The inside of the house really still needs work. We had some big issues with plumbing during our stay which took three days to get resolved, which was frustrating but ultimately taken care of. The kitchen is tiny we were bumping into each other all week in there. That kitchen is not well suited for large groups. We had 8 and basically had to ban the kids from being in there during meal times so that 1-2 adults could be in there. The downstairs bedroom was small with no television. The master bedroom was large but the master bathroom was strange- toilet far from wall and a very small shower. The master bed frame is on its last leg as well. The other second floor bedroom stayed pretty warm the entire time, but was nice to have two beds in there. The upstairs loft/bunk area was suitable but again hot. The house has a ton of transom windows, which means sun flows in super early. The wooden stairs looked nice and were in good condition but made for a lot of noise on the lower levels. The porches were very nice and the large driveway and yard were great! I also appreciated use of the garage to store our bikes and chairs. The bikes that they supplied were ok- some had flat tires. The living room had very nice comfy swivel chairs that were great! The location of the house is great. Very short drive to Peddler’s Pavilion and other nice shops/restaurants. The beach access is super close as well and easy few minutes walk. Be warned- there are a lot of stairs to get down to the beach!!

Spring Break vacation for 6 of us!

We had an overall great vacation at this property, and would definitely recommend. The following comments are only our opinion on some upgrades that could be done, but the rental was VERY comfortable and we enjoyed our time! The outdoor canopy area and fire pit are needing replaced. The outdoor canopy was great to sit under for shade, but the frame is rusting and if you wanted to close the sides, it was extremely hard to close, and we encountered a wasp nest when we tried to close them to block the wind. The table underneath is a good size table, but it was very dirty and the chair cushions have stains all over them. The fire pit barely worked and you couldn’t get the fire very high to sit around to feel it. There are alarms on the two doors that go out to the pool, which is great if you have little ones! I think the alarms should be mentioned to renters when we receive the house information so you know to be aware of it, and how it works. We learned the hard way, and it definitely startled us until we figured it out. Wish there would be a way to disarm it if you don’t need to worry about little ones. You can’t have the screen door open to the patio because the alarm would go off if the sliding door was left open. I will say that the management team were GREAT in their communication with us. We had paid to have the pool heated, but noticed a couple days in that it wasn’t working. We called and they came out right away. (They actually came out 3 times) There was a mechanical issue and they fully refunded our money back right away!!! This was a great house, wonderful location, and superb communication! Definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Great place for a family vacation.

The house is great, clean, and very close to the beach. The backyard and pool are are great. We truly enjoyed the stay at the Shilo and would go back with no issues. The only time we had to call the management company was for them to exchange the gas tank and they responded right away and replaced it in a very timely manner. The only issue we had was with one of the 3 provided bikes. It had a flat tire and when we called the number for the bike’s guy to fix it, we had to try a couple of times as it went to VM and couldn’t leave a VM as it was full, and when he finally picked up the pho e, said he would pass by as soon as possible and never did. Not a big deal as we just rotated using the other two bikes but it would have been nice if we could have used all three at a time. Overall, a great experience and I would go back in a heartbeat!
