About this property

Winnipesaukee Water Access Home

Our house is located in the waterfront community of Suissevale. Amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful beach, and a playground. There are miles of well maintained dirt roads for walking or biking. Great location in the heart of Lakes Region.
This is a custom designed house with granite counters and pine trim throughout. The post and beam deck has a screened area for meals, a long stretch along the front with a child gate to keep young ones off the stairs. The outdoor shower from May through October is a relaxing escape from city living.
The house is located in the beach access community of Suissevale. There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two rafts, etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is a five minute drive with its miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.
The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.
