Nice and quiet studio, 5 mn drive from the beach

Former cellar recently converted into a nice studio with sleeping area on the mezzanine (160 cm bed). Laundry room with washing machine / adjoining bike or surf room. In a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the cycle paths (5 minutes from the centre of the Château by bike), this studio has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The living room offers a sofa and a 105 cm television. Nice bathroom with large walk-in shower. Also available, a bistro table to have coffee in the sun!

Petit nid au calme

Petit gite tres propre et très calme. Accueil agréable. Pas toujours facile de se garer a côté mais l'ideal est de se déplacer en vélo.
