This charming home is centrally located within a few miles of downtown Lititz and just a half mile from Rock Lititz. It is situated in a gorgous neighborhood with just a short walk to Dean L Saylor park for those who want to take a walk on a relaxing summer day.
This home boasts a back deck and large backyard which are great for relaxing at home or sitting by the fire. The kitchen provides you with seating for 4 with a formal dining room that seats 6. The kitchen is well stocked with the dishes and utensils necessary to cook and eat at home.
The spacious Living Room is equipped with a smart TV and wireless internet. A half Bath is located on the first floor along with Washer and Dryer for your use. The large basement is great for entertaining and fun for the family. It includes a pool table, Fooseball Table & Bar area.

Great Home - Everything we needed!
Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Home was lovely and spacious for a family. Large yard for outdoor activities. Location was a great home base for our soccer tournament fields and close to downtown Litiz and not too far from Lancaster. Owners provided everything we needed for a comfortable saty! Would stay again if in the area.
