Magnificent Art Deco Studio - City center
Come and stay in this charming studio tastefully decorated in an art deco style faithful to the architecture of its building. Located in the heart of Nice city center close to public transport and a few minutes walk from the Old Town and the beach!
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the studio is air-conditioned and has a free wifi connection. It is composed :
- a living room with a double bed, a dining table with chairs & a lounge area with armchairs and television
- a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle)
- a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower
- a balcony to enjoy a breakfast in the sun!
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small shower gels, coffee, dishwashing liquid, etc.).
The products at your disposal are welcome products, to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
You will be located in the city center right next to the shopping avenue Jean-Médecin, the Nice-Ville SNCF train station is 6 minutes away by walk and the central tram station Jean Médecin line 2 towards or from the airport is 7 minutes away by walk !
