CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This unit was exactly as advertised! It was absolutely gorgeous and amazingly clean. The beds and furniture were great, comfortable and clean and nice. I will be booking this unit again for sure. The management company (Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals) is by far THE BEST company I have dealt with in the area in the 12 plus years we have been making 3-4 trips annually. They have everything prepared in advance. The communication is fantastic! Also unlike some other companies we have used over the years when we get to the property for check in everything is already handled and goes so smoothly!

Stayed 5 days in July 2024. Condo, property, location and weather was wonderful! Highly recommend this property. The views were unbelievable! My only drawback was this property is on the 26th floor. We had 4 small children and my heart stopped every time they were out on the balcony. I understand being on any level would have probably produced the same heart-stopping response, but the 26th floor out of 27 floors was REALLY high! Just a heads up for those with small children. Besides that, this property was perfect!

Great property. Should have disclosed in big print of initial listing parking was not included and only 2 spots available for purchase. A unit sleeping 12 people typically needs more than 2 spaces. Amazing condo in a perfect location!

We are a family of 12 (my husband and I, our 7 kids ranging from 16 yr old down to 1 yr old; my mother in law; my brother in law and his 19 yr old daughter). There were plenty of beds for everyone and enough bathrooms that there was never a line, and all the kitchen supplies we could need. When we travel we try to cook many meals at “home/the condo” and eat out only a few times. The condo unit itself was beautifully decorated. Between the cabinet colors, the quartz choice, the ice maker at the wet bar, the incredibly comfortable couch, chairs, and beds…no one had a single complaint! The condo amenities were also outstanding! We went for the week after Christmas, so we utilized the indoor pool the most, but some of my crazy kids enjoyed the water slide and played in the surf. Some of us took the opportunity to work out in the well-equipped gym. As far as nearby attractions, there is anything you could wish for writhing 3 miles. We went across the street to Zeke’s for our one *fancy* meal out as a family, and it was so amazing! Again, pleasing this many appetites is an accomplishment! We enjoyed an afternoon at the Florabama, eating oysters and listening to live music. And we walked down to the Gulf Restaurant for some drinks and beach time as well. Location, space, comfort, beauty, cleanliness…this property has it all!

Beautiful property

This condo was very nice and beautifully decorated. The beds and linens were plentiful very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The employees of the Phoenix property were friendly. However the rental company was not helpful with problems that arose. First, part of the group arrived and it took over 30 minutes for them to get anyone to respond with the entry code. But The main problem was a toilet that was stopped up. We were not able to use the toilet for 2 days and no one came to fix the problem.
