Golf trip to Tampa and this was property was everything we needed. Great location, private and all the amenities were exactly as presented. We had a wonderful stay! We would recommend to everyone!

Great house that was clean, maintained, and had plenty of room for 5 adults. Bathrooms were nice and the fun games were great to have to keep occupied. I would certainly stay here again.

Christmas vacation!

Our stay was fantastic! It was a perfect location- easy to navigate to all the area attractions and shops nearby. The set up of the house was great for my family. Spacious enough for everyone to be more than comfortable. The host was extra helpful! The kitchen was perfectly stocked as well.

Brandon visit

We needed a nice property where family could rest and visit while in Brandon for a memorial service for our older brother that had passed away. This property was exactly what we needed each person was able to relax and visit. Very close to everything. I rate this residence a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale!

House is as described; nicely updated; quiet neighborhood-except for the traffic. It IS a busy street but you can’t hear the traffic in the house. Convenient to YMCA and golf courses

Winter Getaway w/ Family & Friends

We stayed for a long weekend before Xmas and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was as they said it was and more. There are a few minor upkeep fixes to be made, but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. Close to everything in Tampa and all our needs.Thank you Alma! Keep up the great work!

The host was proactive and attentive. Instructions were clear and she was available via text, which we appreciated. She was very responsive. The house was a great size for our family of 4 and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. Plenty of linens. We enjoyed the game room in the garage. It felt like a real home and not a rental. One downside for us was the floors were not cleaned/mopped in the living areas. Our kids play on the floor. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
