Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #703. From the moment you walk into this nicely decorated condo you're greeted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open living room with a large, comfy wrap around sofa. From the living room step out onto the balcony that offers direct gulf front views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a large king sized bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed sleeping a total of 5 people comfortably throughout. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is easily accessible from the guest bedroom.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at The Pearl many times and you can’t beat the location! I’m not sure that we would stay in this particular unit again though. It was very clean but it definitely needs some major updating. The sofa desperately needs to be replaced due to flat cushions, staining, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals but the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, doors don’t close correctly, etc. Also the washing machine does still work but has a rusted out part and knob that is reattached incorrectly. The carpet in the master bedroom is also worn down and has a weird stiff feeling to it. Overall we had a great stay, but would probably choose a different unit next trip.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness, freshness, and working order of the condo. The layout and expectations of The Pearl in general was as expected. The couch had stains which were really gross looking, the backsplash in the kitchen was falling off the walls because it was just stuck-n-go tiles that were paper thin. There were several locked storage items like a mini fridge in the kitchen and a huge locked metal cabinet in the master bedroom closet that took up a lot of storage space for us. There were several really huge boxes full of stuff in the closet also that kept us from using the lower closet racks. The toilet backed up while we were asleep and we woke up to soaked toilet water carpet in the bedroom and a flooded bathroom. It looked like it had flooded before because the cabinets were swollen on the baseboards and the paint was peeling. There were paint rollers and paint pans on top of the cabinets in the bathroom which looked like they had just been painting over the damage. There were several doors that had came off of door openings and had not been replaced. The utility closet door and the master closet door were both off. The master had a curtain on it. The master windows had curtains but they didn’t reach all the way across the room so light came in every morning really bright. I would not suggest condo #703 at The Pearl and will avoid that unit in the future. This was the 5th time we’ve stayed at The Pearl and this was the worst experience.

View was great and so was the pool. The unit wasn't cleaned particularly well with food crumbs and such in the floor of the pantry and something (maybe food?) on the table in the front bedroom and hair in the bathroom floor. The furniture is showing it's age and wear, but still very much acceptable. Still very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was everything we hoped for and more! The view was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure peace. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home (and then some). The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and every little detail made our stay easy and relaxing.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the sand and in a quiet, family-friendly area. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly; they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach escape!
