Great house between Houghton and Copper Harbor

We stayed at this location because it was easy access to the copper harbor area for mountain biking as well as near Houghton where we could shop for groceries or eat a meal out. Everything in the house was as advertised and worked well.

The home and property were spacious for us. We appreciated the breezeway to store our outdoor equipment. It was just outside of town, so felt private. It was also right there on US-41. We spent our time exploring the entire Keweenaw Peninsula and felt like it was the perfect central hub. The Hancock Calumet Trail is accessible within a block or two. The bunkbed room was much smaller than it looked on online. But we were all comfortable. Alexa was a helpful host who made our stay comfortable and private.

Snowmobile trip

We love the close proximity to the snowmobile trail and town. You can ride right into town for dinner and then some axe throwing at The Copper Axe. We have stayed here before and will likely stay again.

Great Calumet area home

We enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we are in the area. There was plenty to work with in the kitchen and with the outdoor grill. This house is on a main road but we barely noticed the traffic. This listing is accurate. Communication with the owner was great.

Travel to the UP

Unfortunately we had to travel up for a burial service but we did have some extra time to explore. The view in Copper Harbor and the sun set at Calumet Waterworks Park we breath taking. The VRBO was very clean and accommodating. We will defiantly go back and stay.

Great location!

Love this house!! This property was absolutely beautiful on the inside with a nice backyard (too cold to use at the time). Our host made the check in process easy. Great location to visit and discover the beauty of the Keweenaw Peninsula. We unfortunately was there for only one night but will be back again for a longer stay!!

Snowmobile trip with the boys

Came up for a snowmobile trip before the winter decided to leave the chat. The trail is just down road from the house. Super convenient mudroom for taking off and storing gear. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great House!!

We were greeted with a clean house, terrific coffee and fresh bakery! The house was in a perfect location and only a short drive up to Mount Bohemia. The ROKU TV was a very nice surprise after a long day of skiing. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for the 6 of us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect size for our group of four and the beds were very comfortable. Only one bathroom had a container of body wash and we barely had enough hand soap in one bathroom.

Fourth Family Reunion

The house was centrally located off U-41. The house has three bedrooms for my sons family and my wife. The 2 year old slept in the bunk bed which he loved. House has all what we needed except washer and dryer which was not a problem. Laundry mat near by. Huge mud room to store supplies !
