Newly constructed villa with stunning view, in private residence, ideally situated in Grimaud, close to Golf Up and Tree climbing Grimaud Aventure,  3-5 km from Grimaud beaches, 15 km from Pampelone or 11 km from Saint Tropez.

Fully equipped kitchen with its pantry offers the dinning option indoor and outdoor.
The ice and fresh water machine with newly installed filter and
not to forget some easy to prepare cocktail receipes will definitely refresh your day in French Riviera.

The 13 meters long pool is heated and shaded,  so that you can enjoy your vacation in the water even in the midday hours by being protected from Sun. Garden shower and beach towels are at your disposal.

The part of the property is a fruit garden with chicken, which is separated but open for walks or pic-nic, siesta in hamac, or walk in the forest.

<<<< The personnel is staying at the place in the ground floor studio and it is looking after the exterior of the villa, and the swimming pool "during your absence" or according to agreement.
