We are conveniently located close to many attractions such as excellent golf courses, Top Golf, The Butterfly Museum, Westworld, The Odyssey Aquarium, Talking Stick Resort, Baseball, Casinos, lots of fine restaurants, great shopping, hiking trails and close to freeways which makes everything the valley of the sun has to offer only a short drive away.

Fresh, clean and well located

This property was beautifully remodeled and included everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen had new dinnerware, pans, etc and the baths were well supplied with plush towels. The beds were very comfortable and the home is located in a very convenient location. Also, the owner was lovely to work with.

Remodeled House near Scottsdale Quarter

This house has a great location, just 1 minute off Bell Road and a short drive to Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale and the Kierland district. The inside is newly renovated with an open, modern feel. The house was clean, checkin was easy and communications with Tanja was smooth. A few minuses though. There's a lot of cool/cold (5000K) interior lighting, even in bedrooms which should have soft light. Also no garage access. Overall this place could be great with just a few touches.

North Scottsdale Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable, and I absolutely recommend it! All appliances updated, clean and functional. It was a short drive to shop, dine and visit friends in the area. Neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe. Tanja was a pleasure to work with. 5 STARS!

Scottsdale haven!

We loved staying at Tanja and Andrew’s home in Scottsdale! The location was perfect and the property was even better than the listing photos showed. The whole property was organized and sparkling clean. Check in was very easy, and upon arrival we were treated to a lovely bottle of wine and cold bottled water. The kitchen was amazing with large new appliances which made it not only easy to prepare our meals, but fun also. The sunny Master bedroom, walk in closet, and bath,(with a spectacular massive shower) was bigger than many resort suites. Tanja was available immediately when we had questions, and even brought a brand new barbecue by with everything we needed to cook outside! (along with other items)The backyard was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings there, along with dinner under the lights in the evening. Thank you Tanja, for the great stay and we’ll see you again!!!!

Great stay!

Awesome rental and owner is great to coordinate with. House is in a great area, clean and comfortable layout. It is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils/pots and pans/ towels/pillows and was a great rental for my parents. Many thanks for renting your beuatful house.
