Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

The location of this property is excellent. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The condo is always very clean, kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals. Coffee, wine and bottled waters were provided when we arrived. Overall our stay was great. We really enjoy Sunset Beach!

Great Place

This was a great little property. The owners really thought if just about everything. Very easy communication. Very easy check in and very comfortable. Close to everything we like to do and most important quiet when we didn't want to do anything.

The condo was great. Has everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Really convenient. It is close to the beach, dining and shopping. We even went out on a Dolphin cruise. It was wonderful. Has a great time and would definitely stay there again. Eric is a great host.

This was the best place we have stayed at through VRBO. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area for just a relaxing weekend getaway. We definitely will be staying here again.

I spent a week at your unit and loved every minute of it. It was so clean and Eric thought of everything to make you feel like you never left home. The patio was our favorite place to hang out.
