Located on the first floor of a secure residence with elevator and private parking space, this very well-equipped T2 will welcome you as it should be. It has a charming bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a large dressing room to properly store all your belongings during your stay!



The kitchen will allow you to prepare good small dishes, and has a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine to make your beachfront holiday easier.



The most of this bright apartment is at the sea view outside and facing the Thalasso, where you can easily eat outside,relax enjoying the sea air. Walking distance, the Thalasso will be your ideal ally if you want a wellness vacation!



In addition, you will have free access to the outdoor and shared pool, which is heated and open from mid May to mid September.



This ideal accommodation for a couple, will satisfy you with its exceptional location and atmosphere! Don't hesitate if you want to spend a beach vacation, combining walks and a wellness stay, in our beautiful city of Concarneau!
