The house was so clean, furniture was beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make cooking feel like home. And the walk to historic district was easy for us to do multiple times. Loved our stay!

This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. Great location and charming as can be. The host, Sherri, was excellent. Very comfortable and stocked with all you could need for a top notch vacation. Extra perk, if you want to take the trolley tour, there is a pick up pint right on the corner by the house. I would definitely book here again.

This a great location and a super house! The hosts have thought about everything, and you can see the love they have put into the house. Lincolnville is a great neighborhood to explore, and the historical downtown is not far. Lots of great restaurants, museums, and historical sites. Loved our stay!

Mermaid's Tail was the perfect spot for our mini vacation in St. Augustine. The home was beautiful and very well-appointed. The location was an easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and more. The deck was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or time at the beach. The host was very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely book another stay at Mermaid's Tail!

We stayed two nights in this cozy cottage. Sheri the host thought of everything as far as amenities. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great outdoor seating area. Walking distance to St George street. Quiet neighborhood and safe. Highly recommend staying here. Sherri is a very attentive host.
