This tiny house is absolutely adorable! Bed is super comfy. Communication and response to questions or concerns was amazing. Not appropriate for anyone who cannot navigate the stairs pictured. Hot water does not last long, so use hot water sparingly. Very quiet. We visited in October and the tree above the bedroom was dropping fruit; loud on the metal roof. Just be prepared. LOL Host was great! Would stay again.
We definitely enjoyed the stay! It’s on a beautiful pice of land. Our pup loved being able to explore. Just make sure if you bring a dog to check them for ticks. We found a few on him after being outside. It feels secluded, but still close to the main strip. We saw several bunnies, turkeys, lightening bugs and a cat which made the experience all the better. The upstairs area would get a little warm, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. This would be perfect for young couple!
Great tiny house for a weekend trip. Good location and price.

Dear Benjamin,
Thank you for your great review. We love to hear that the house is well prices, well placed and that you enjoyed your stay. What more can we wish for? Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future.
It was a great few days for us to get away from home. The cabin was great and the area was perfect and so quiet for us both. I loved being able to hear the steam engine from Dollywood that just made it perfect, I love steam engines.
This was a perfect little cabin. It had everything we needed. It’s in a secluded little area right around the corner from the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The communication with the host was excellent, also. We would definitely stay here again!
Great comfy stay that is a cozy get away right off the strip but also in a secluded private area. The Host is also super nice and helpful and is nearby if you have any problems.

Dear Heath,
Thank you for letting us know that you enjoyed your stay, and that you found our cabin is "cozy" that is why we call it the Cozy Cub :)
We love hearing that our "customer service" is good. Thank you for staying in our tiny house and we hope to have you stay with us again soon.
Dear Donna,
Thank you for your review. We love that even-though our cabin is tiny, the parking around and the rest of the property can accommodate not only our guests, but also their "toys" and trailers. Jeep invasion is busy time in town, and it makes it that much nicer to have a quiet place off the strip, but be only 2 min away. Glad you enjoyed your stay, and we hope to host you again soon.
Super cozy, not far out of our range of experiences, but also private little area. Had one problem and someone was sent immediately to fix it. Overall couldn’t have had a better stay.
Awesome place tucked away right off off the southside of the parkway. Excellent communication from the host and very easy to get in and out of. Perfect for 1 adult 2 kids or 2 adults 1 kid. Probably wouldnt recommend for anyone over 6'-6'2" as the clearance for the ceilings are low but again, awesome "tiny home" experienced in the always beautiful Smokey Mountains!
My husband and I came with our little dog. Perfect location for us to be able to come back and check in on him. Small one bedroom perfect for our weekend getaway!!!

Dear Molly,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. Our tiny house has 10 stairs leading up to the upstairs sleeping area. They are clearly visible in the pictures. We are sorry that walking up presented difficulties for you, and perhaps a cabin without any stairs would have suited your needs better.
We usually avoid Pigeon Forge because of the traffic, but this year we made an exception to take our ’65 Nova to the Chevys in the Smokies car show—and we’re so glad we did!We found this “tiny” house that was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. Our friends brought their camper, and the host was incredibly accommodating—allowing them to park on the property and hook up to electric and sewer for a minimal fee.The location is ideal—just inside Pigeon Forge, with plenty of space for vehicles and car trailers, and still lots of room to spare. The house itself is adorable and had everything we needed. The owners were also in town during our stay, and we had the chance to visit with them several times—they were wonderful! If you’re looking for a place that feels tucked away from the hustle but is still just minutes from the parkway, I highly recommend this spot. We will definitely be back!

Properly was way to secluded for me. Was not easy to find. Cabin was nice, clean, needs more lighting.
