Newly built, modern decor and furnishings. With a private pool, air conditioning and a large living room. Only 7 km from the sea, the Villa Mirela is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The location of the Villa, a small village Nedešćina, is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Restaurants, bank, supermarket are all within a few minutes form the house.

There are 5 bedrooms in the Villa. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, bathroom, and a small balcony with a large view to the surrounding nature and villages.

Flat WiFi, TV, Table football, charcoal grill, inside fireplace, private pool and a private garden.

Villa Mirela is surrounded by greenery and is fully fenced and private.

Perfect stay!

We were more than happy with Villa Mirela in Nedescina, Croatia. The house and the pool were perfectly clean and suited to satisfy all our needs, the owners are very friendly and helpful people, the surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and Nedescina is ideally located to discover all the beauties of Istria.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely detached corner house in Nedešćina! Peacefully located in a quiet residential area, yet close to shops (within 5 km) and perfect for trips to Labin, Rovinj, Buzet, and Rijeka.The large, fully fenced garden with olive trees, electric gate, and carport for two cars made it ideal for our kids — and would be perfect for a dog too. The private pool was spotless and came with plenty of loungers. We loved the covered terrace with electric sunshade and the pergola with BBQ — great for outdoor dining.Inside, the house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen, while compact, had everything we needed. Strong air conditioning on both floors was a real bonus.The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. A truly relaxing and worry-free holiday spot — highly recommended!

Lovely place and people!

This was our first family holiday in Croatia and we loved it. The villa was superb and the layout was perfect as it meant our two family's could have privacy when needed. The pool was a hit with the kids who were barely out of it. Easy access to the beaches and the surrounding area. Good local restaurant and supermarket with larger supermarkets only 6-7mins away by car. The owners of the villa couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable so thank you very much!! I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

Waren sehr zufrieden

Die Begrüßung war klasse. Die Gastgeber extrem freundlich und behilflich. Das Haus genauso wie beschrieben. Die Umzäunung ist sehr gut für ein entspannter Urlaub mit Hund. Sehr großer Garten. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und gut ausgestattete Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( 2 Km ) Alles in allem, waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke nochmal an die lieben Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Toller Urlaub: Sauberes Haus, toller Pool, nette Vermieter!

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht – alles entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen und der Buchung. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert, äußerst freundlich und bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus war in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr sauber, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Auch die Nachbarschaft war freundlich, was zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Mit dem Auto konnten wir die wunderschöne Umgebung perfekt erkunden, und alle für uns relevanten Ausflugsziele waren innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken! Herzliche Grüße, Familie Klinckradt-Coerdt

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Unser Aufenthalt war super, sehr gastfreundlich Vermieter. Alle Mängel wurden sofort und schnell beseitigt. Einzig die Ausstattung der Immobilie ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Tipp, die Immobilie wieder modernisieren und die Mieteinnahmen zum Teil wieder reinvestieren. Dennoch alles sauber und ordentlich und ich kann die Immobilie mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Achtung Kaution wegen Lappalien einbehalten

Das Haus wirkt von außen großzügig. Jedoch kann man in der Regel von zwei Räumen im Erdgeschoss keinen Gebrauch machen. Demzufolge sind die drei Schlafzimmer leider recht klein. Noch kleiner aber sind die beiden Schlafräume im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Dort kann man größtenteils nicht aufrecht stehen und sie haben zudem keine Fenster! In der Küchenzeile kann kein Essen, noch nicht einmal Tee oder Kaffee zubereitet werden: es gibt weder Töpfe noch Pfannen. Sehr gepflegt wurde hingegen der Pool: Die in der Nachbarschaft wohnenden Vermieter kamen jeden Morgen, reinigten den Pool und inspizierten somit automatisch die privaten Bereiche der Mieter. Über den einen oder anderen Mangel würden wir gern hinwegsehen, wenn nicht bei der Endkontrolle des Hauses eine sehr unangenehme Situation entstanden wäre: Es wurden einige der Flecken am Hausputz unseren Enkeln zugeschrieben. Moniert wurde zudem, dass an Zimmerwänden einige Stechmücken ihr Ende gefunden haben. Dies führte dazu, dass 100 Euro der Kaution zurückbehalten wurden (und weitere 50 für einen zu Bruch gegangenen Klodeckel). Wenn wir eine Empfehlung abgeben sollen, dann vielleicht diese: Das Haus ist für eine kleine Familie geeignet,(so dass man die Dachzimmer nicht braucht). Am besten eine Familie ohne kleine Kinder, Aber für diese Zielgruppe gibt es höchstwahrscheinlich besser ausgestattete und kostengünstigere Optionen. Denn preiswert ist es ja leider nicht.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (3 bis 80 Jahre) im Haus der Familie Tricic Urlaub gemacht und waren begeistert. Das Haus und der komplette Garten mit Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man sieht, wieviel Liebe und Herzblut hier reingesteckt wurde und wird. Die Gastgeber wohnen gegenüber, sind aber nicht aufdringlich und doch immer zu sprechen, wenn man was brauchen sollte. Der Pool wird ganz früh morgens von Herrn Tricic sauber gemacht, auch das bemerkt man nicht (es sei denn, man ist um 6 Uhr schon wach). Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber absolut weiterempfehlen und wünschen Familie Tricic von Herzen alles Gute und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Nedescina.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich sehr gut um uns und auch um das Ferienhaus gekümmert. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt. Liebevolles Haus mit tollen Vermietern

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ein traditionelles kroatisches Haus. Es ist alles etwas älter aber dafür sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber und sind unaufdringlich,aber da, wenn man sie braucht. Die Begrüßung war super freundlich und mit einer leckeren schinken, käse, Salami Platte und kalten Getränken. Während des Aufenthalts gab es lecker Pfannkuchen und wir konnten tolle Erinnerungen shoppen, die der Vermieter selbst herstellt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Dafür war die Größe perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder. Alles liebe den Vermietern. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Das Grundstück war eingezäunt und damit perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind, dadurch brauchten wir nur den unteren Teil des Hauses. Der obere ist nur über einen separaten Eingang zu erreichen. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat waren Auflagen für die Liegestühle, die waren etwas hart ;) Die Vermieter waren super lieb und wur würden bei der Ankunft mit etwas Essen und kühlen Getränken überrascht. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, was man aber nicht mitbekommt. Die Umgebung ist gut zum Rad fahren mit E-Bikes geeignet :) Alles in allem, ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir sagen DANKE :)

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Familie Tričić! Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gut gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig (allerdings momentan durch Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarschaft etwas unterbrochen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Bis zu den Sommerferien dürften die Häuser fertig sein.) Die Gastgeber kümmern sich wirklich toll um ihre Gäste! Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und für Interessierte bereiten die Gastgeber ein für Istrien typisches Gericht aus dem großen Grill zu. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auch gerne wieder kommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Matratze im oberen Doppelbett sollte dringend getauscht werden. Auf einer Bettseite ist eine Liegekuhle. Unten im ganz rechten Schlafzimmer gehen die Latten vom Lattenrost auf der rechten Bettseite beim Aufstehen raus. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen:)
