Great property to stay at for snowmobiling with being able to ride right from the driveway. Clean, comfortable, and quiet area made for an enjoyable stay!
Great place to stay for access to the park. Fireplace was a bonus though we only used it once because it was warm out. Nice relaxing stay for a couple of tired hikers. Cabin was very well stocked with everything you'll need. Super clean. Very happy!
Three single retired ladies stayed here while exploring Porcupine Mountains, Ironwood and other sites in the area. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.
Close to the Porcupine Mountain State Park and Lake Superior. It was a comfortable home base for exploring the area. Quiet at night, even with the windows open. There were lots of helpful amenities available in the kitchen and bath area.
Our stay was fine. Despite the heat and humidity, we were comfortable. Our only disappointment was the lack of ATV trails, although we did attempt, they were not maintained. Maybe it is better for snowmobilers.
Cute little home in quiet neighborhood close to porcupine mountains
Everything was as expected and as described in the listing. Easy to find. Clean. The owners were easily reachable and very responsive to my question. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, lots of games available to play. I was happy with my stay.

Five star five star five star! This home is what you expect on the outside for the area but absolutely perfect inside. WiFi worked great and appreciate the fully stocked home. Games movies and decorations are icing on the cake. Absolutely would return. Perfect spot for exploring porcupine mts and surrounding areas and parks. Big enough for the five of us and more. Washer and dryer were the cherry on top!
This property was very clean. Temps during our stay were in the mid to upper 80’s. Unusually warm for the Upper Peninsula. Although this property did not have air conditioning there were fans to use. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.
This Home is exactly how described it comfortably fit me and my husband, my father and my stepmom. We had quick access to many places around the area, porcupine mountains, several beaches, several inland lakes, and streams to kayak and all the rock hunting my little heart desired. The cute little coffee bar in the kitchen was a great little addition not to mention having a washer and dryer is awesome. The kitchen is really stocked with everything you need. What a great week and a beautiful place thank you for sharing your home with us.
Property was clean with all the conveniences one would need for a comfortable vacation(to nitpick iron/ironing board would be a good addition to the amenities)
Had an enjoyable stay as a family of 4 and would highly recommend for families
A number to message for faster communication would be nice .

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay while we explored the Keweenaw peninsula and this house was perfect! It is close to a lot of amazing things to do and see and was very clean and well kept. We wish we would have spent more than three nights to be able to take in more of the U.P.!
Clean, cozy cottage convenient to Porcupine Mtn State Park
A clean and comfy spot to stay when exploring Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park. I especially appreciated the comfy bed and in-house washer and dryer. Check-in was easy, and host was quick to respond to questions.

My name is Derric. My wife Nicole and I are proud parents of three, and a pup. We love to get away and enjoy the outdoors with our kids. We just bought this property and are super excited to share it with others.
Why they chose this property
We would often travel to this area for snowmobiling. Then last winter we heard this home was going to be for sale and as soon as we could we made an offer and got it.
What makes this property unique
This house is very close to the mountains and Ottawa national forest. Both great locations for hiking and sight seeing. It is also located minutes away from Lake Superior. This means lots of SNOW for winter, you can ride to the trails from our garage.
