We stayed here for just under 7 weeks. Unfortunately almost all of the appliances were broken the entire time. The front of the fridge water/ice dispenser falls off leaking water everywhere. The dishwasher did not work (the control panel was fried) and the dryer squeaked so bad you couldn’t run it while home. We alerted the property management company and the host, yet in the entire 7 weeks we stayed none of them got repaired. The day we left they were all still broken. The single bed in the bed room (technically the master) was basically just a 1” foamie. My daughter chose to sleep on the floor as she said it was more comfortable than the mattress. The resort itself is nice. My only complaint is that the main garbage dumpsters are directly beside the hot tub/lazy river area. There were many days we could not sit in the hot tub due to the awful hot rotting garbage smell. For a 20/day resort fee they should do better.

We have stayed at Regal Palms previously. This was our first time as snow-birds. The property met all requirements, although a few upgrades would have justified an Excellent Rating such as higher quality kitchenware and a work surface like a desk or table in the family area for a laptop other than the kitchen table. The property is run by Orlando Rent-a-villa even though booked through VRBO which can make communication challenging at times.There is a resort fee on top of the rental. It run approximately 20/day, but Regal Palms maintains the property, including the fitness area and pool areal, very well.

Great accommodation, poor management company

Overall experience was excellent. Very clean accommodation. Great location.Only negative was there was a power cut on day 3 of our holiday, no power for 4 hours. When it came back on the fridge/freezer started beeping, temperatute display had an H on it. We reported this to management company, said someone would be out to fix it, heard nothing so contacted owner direct, responded immediately. Engineer came out said needed parts, owner said they would be back out to fix it and not to use ice machine part of freezer. Fridge wasnt keeping anything really cold. We have now checked out of accommodation, 10 days later, fridge/freezer still not fixed, not heard anything from owner or management company

Summer family vacation

Resort was nice, condo was as advertised. We had many issues with our property that were never dealt with and others dealt with 5 days after checking In. None of the bedroom TV’s worked, our shower drains didn’t drain and were well up over our ankles after a normal shower, our refrigerator was warm and I lost groceries, I messaged the owner regarding this issue and losing groceries. No one cared that we lost food and a repair man wasn’t sent out till 5 days after our arrival. Smashed bugs were found on our kitchen cupboards and old ramen noodles were left crunched up on the kitchen counters upon arrival leaving us slightly concerned on the cleanliness of the rest of the property. We loved the pool however being closer would have been more desirable, I was also advised that the condo had plenty of pool towels inside the unit however only one was noted to be there. Lastly when removing bed linens on our day ot check out old blood was noted to be on 3 of our pillows. Wasn’t an awful experience however will never stay again! Also the condo rules are slightly outrageous. Any trash not in an actual trash bag in trash receptacle would be charged a 100 fee, also quiet hours of 10pm-8am, I have a family with littles and sometimes kids make noise so this was stressful.

Casa excelente!

A casa é completa, possui tudo o que é necessário, é espaçosa, organizada e linda. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, mas houve um aborrecimento muito grande na hora do checkin, pois nos passaram a senha da casa errada e ao entrar em contato com o anfitrião, além de demorar a responder, nos passou outras senhas erradas. Por conta desse transtorno, ficamos mais de duas horas tentando entrar na casa, depois de vir de Miami, completamente exaustos, quase que tivemos que dormir fora da casa. Agradecemos aos funcionários do condomínio, que nos ajudaram, prestaram todo o apoio necessário, e mostraram para a dona da casa que eles que estavam nos passando a senha errada e que não era culpa nossa, já que queriam nos culpas pelo ocorrido. Enfim, pagamos por 11 diárias porque sabíamos que chegaríamos cansados da viagem, mas só conseguimos deitar para dormir mais de duas horas da manhã, completamente desgastante. Outro aborrecimento foi uma taxa surpresa cobrada para a piscina, que só foi nos informado pouco antes de realizar o checkin e que tem que pagar independente de usar ou não a piscina. Dito isso, ainda bem que a casa é boa e nos fez esquecer esses aborrecimentos, não estragou nossa viagem, porém causou estresses desnecessários.
