This is beautiful updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath house on the MAIN CHANNEL with a spectacular view on the 21 Mile Marker. During the boat races in August, sit on the deck and watch the boats parade by on their way to the boat races. Red Heads Restaurant and Entertainment Center is on the cove right behind us, literally a drive only minutes away. Our area is quiet on the street but this has become one of the hottest, most popular areas of the entire Lake! Besides for Redheads, we are also close Margaritaville, Surdyke (boat and jet ski rentals), The Oaks Golf Course (open to the public), and only 5 to 10 minutes from a public boat launch for your boat, close to restaurants and shopping.

The best part: Our Lake view WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY! Fall in love the moment you walk into the open floor plan downstairs with a spectacular view of the main channel on an expansive deck overlooking the Lake! Lots of outdoor seating to sit back and just chill and enjoy the view.

We have decided to allow those families who love their 4 legged kids (dogs) to be able to bring them along on vacation! So we are a PET FRIENDLY HOME for your pooches! (There's a nominal pet fee per dog, per night, up to 2 dogs under 25 lbs.) This fee would be added at the time of your booking but we would allow a well-mannered, non-aggressive house broken dog(s) but please, do not bring an aggressive dog to this property or any that are destructive in strange homes. Dogs must not be allowed to run loose outside at any time while on this property. Renters will be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and renters must furnish their own doggy disposal bags. ***Make sure when you make the reservation that if you are bringing a dog, you MUST indicate that by selecting that option BEFORE you finalize your payment.***


We are confident that our rates for this season are some of the lowest, if not THE lowest anywhere around the Lake that is on the main channel in this very popular area.

LOTS OF ROOM TO ENTERTAIN:

There's plenty of room to entertain your friends and family inside and out. Walk through the sliding glass doors that lead to the huge patio. Soak up the phenomenal expansive deck where you can sit and relax with your favorite beverage on this newly added deck that extends all the way out to the sea wall. Now you can get even a better view of the main channel! You'll be able to see the huge beautiful yachts, the go-fast boats, fishermen with a line out and jet skis flying by. You may also get to see the cliff divers that jump off the cliffs directly across the main channel from us.

With the all-rock front yard area, this has been updated to allow lots of parking spaces here, even enough space for a boat trailer in addition to spots in front of the garage. Most people can easily park a total of 6 cars at our property, 4 if there is a boat and trailer.

**ALL BOOKED GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN MY RENTAL CONTRACT and send back to me right after the reservation is made and before a door code is given.

We provide you with plenty of clean towels, soaps, and shampoos to ensure our guests feel right at home. This is truly our home away from home and it’s our goal for our guests to have the same experience.

EXTRAS IN THE HOME:

Enjoy the extras like a coffee bar stocked with coffee, creamer and sugar, tea bags, some condiments already in fridge, and spices in cupboards. There's more bowls, plates, glasses, and dishes than most guests will ever need all neatly tucked away in the newly antiqued painted kitchen cabinets that go beautifully with the newly high end remodeled butcher block countertops and rock wall kitchen. Tons of counter space that allows for all your friends or family to gather together to prepare your yummy meals to eat out on the huge patio or indoors.

EVERYTHING IS UPDATED:

Over the past few years, the majority of this whole house has been updated, including a brand new remodeled downstairs kitchen and bathroom, and a fresh coat of exterior paint on the home and the garage all professionally done. Roku TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room and access to high speed internet is provided. There's a full size washer and dryer located in a walk-in utility room right off the main living area and plenty of laundry detergent is also furnished.

SWIMMING:

There is a LOT of water traffic in this area and because we are on the main channel and this is such a popular area on the water, we chose not to have a dock as we feel that the boat traffic on the water is too dangerous for swimmers with waves crashing against the concrete sea wall. It's also very damaging to docks and boats and a tremendous liability for homeowners. However, there is a public boat ramp only a few miles away at a state park with a beach area and there's swimming pools at Red Heads and at Margarettaville for the public, and all are within a 5 to 15 minute drive from us.

THINGS TO DO:

From Big Surf Water Park (18 miles from us), to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, live entertainment, golf courses, go-carts, boat/jet ski rentals, wineries and a distillery, there's lots to do around us. Dagnell Dam strip is only a 20 minute drive from us that has an amusement park for all ages, along with shopping, eateries, etc. For the golfers, Oaks Golf Course is less than 10 minutes from us and you have to pass it to get to our home.

HOUSE POLICIES:

Our home is smoke free/vape free /marijuana free and the primary renter must be a minimum rental age of 25. Renters will be responsible if they or their guests violate this smoking rule and will be charged a hefty additional cleaning fee. If you are looking for a place to host a bachelorette/bachelor party or any other type of rowdy party, please book a different property. This is a family owned home that we utilize as well and it's intended for responsible guests and we appreciate your understanding. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 11 pm due to neighbors all around us who live there full time.

I can accommodate up to 8 heartbeats and that includes children regardless of age. No cribs are at this location. Unfortunately, I do not allow blow up beds of any type.
