Everything was great beginning with Marc meeting us at the apartment. Showed us how everything works. Had a binder with a lot of useful information about the apartment and about Paris. Apartment was fully equipped right down to power adapters. He even left a bottle of champagne. Perfect location. Steps from two metro stations. Overall, perfect apartment and great hosts. Will certainly stay again.

First time in Paris

The location was perfect, so convenient for everything we wanted to see. Marc met us at the Metro station and provided us everything we needed to get ourselves settled. The apartment had all the amenities we required and the welcome book helped us a great deal will all if the local tricks and tips. We highly recommend this property...thank you Marc and Lionel.

Marc greeted us right at the Metro Station and walked us the 50 metres to the apartment. It’s located in an area that is in the heart of all the action - restaurants, bars, and lots of shopping. All the “must see” sights are easy to get to either on foot, or by the metro. The apartment, which is a good size for a couple (based on Paris standards) has all that you need and is very well looked after. The only additional point I’d make is that you do hear the sounds of the nightlife activity, but it didn’t bother us. This is a really well cared for property and I would definitely stay there again.

Fully furnished with everything we needed for a longer stay. Very close to public transportation and supermarkets as well. Overall we were very pleased with this property. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs for bedtime.

Terrific!

The flat was simply perfect for our visit in Paris. Two specific qualities to call out. First to note is the location - it is super convenient to so many sites. Getting to museums, bars, historic sights, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail stores was achieved within a few minute' walk. And if you need to go further, there is a well-connected station about a 3 minute walk. This location in a lively area does mean you can expect to hear some nightlife sounds and morning trucks. But don’t let that stop you from staying here - the windows are excellent at blocking street noises and if you are sensitive like me, bring earplugs and/or create some white noise with one of the fans in the flat and you’ll be fine. (I mention the sounds only in the interest of full disclosure.) More importantly to note is that Marc and Lionel are excellent hosts. They are proactive communicators and highly responsive to any message we sent. They thoughtfully provided amenities, cleaning products, umbrellas, toiletries, converters, etc. And they wisely anticipated the need for instructions to use the appliances which they provided on an iPad which also contained recommendations for nearby eateries and other helpful information. Whether you are there for a weekend or longer (we were there nearly 2 weeks), I enthusiastically recommend staying at Casalionelparis.

Alles perfect

Kontakt met eigenaar heel makkelijk. Voorzieningen in appartement uitstekend. Appartement is centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van verschillende attracties.
