Escape to 32 private acres one mile from the ocean! The view will take your breath away.
Walk to the Stornetta Public Lands and Point Arena Lighthouse. Relax on the comfy couches and enjoy the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. A cozy wood stove will keep you warm. Watch the birds from the sunroom!
There is plenty of room for the entire family with three bedrooms and two baths. The entire house has been recently remodeled with new appliances, carpets and windows. There is an electric fireplace in the primary bedroom which has it’s own bathroom and outside deck. The kitchen is stocked with any kind of appliance you might need from a waffle iron to slow cooker.
Some of the interesting nearby sites include the Point Arena Pier, Arena Theater, award winning bakery Franny's Cup and Saucer, B. Bryan Nature Preserve and the Gualala Arts Center. Easy kayaking in the Gualala or Navarro Rivers. There are many uncrowded beaches and hiking trails. Enjoy a day browsing the quaint bookstore in Gualala or the many art galleries.
Elk, with a Michelin starred restaurant and small town charm, is 20 minutes north.
The town of Mendocino is only about 40 minutes away.

The area is private and beautiful. The view from the house is expansive and includes the ocean, pastures and mountains. Most guests remark on the amazing view. We chose this property for the serenity and how spacious it is.
What makes this property unique
The house has a unique view and borders the Stornetta Public Lands. You can walk along the bluffs right next to the ocean. It is the closest home to the lighthouse and national monument. You can easily walk or bike to the ocean or lighthouse. It is very private yet close to the small quaint town of Point Arena.
