Modern home with beautiful open Atlantic Ocean views! 50 ' of dockage with instant ocean access to all your favorite dive and fishing spots! 4 complimentary bikes and a huge bike path outlining the Marathon International Airport just across the street! There are also 2 paddleboards and a kayak for the outdoor enthusiast!
Modern pool with comfortable outdoor furniture on the pool decks overlooking the deep canal. The pool is 11 x 25 and has an additional 5 x5 shallow entry area. Pool heat is add'l if paid in advance, $200 or $250 on arrival.
Three bedrooms, two baths, over 1900 sq ft. In addition an open air balcony off the living area. The balcony has magnificent views, and a large table and chairs along with a reading chair. 4 TV's for your comfort. three are 60". Surround sound system for your enjoyment as well.
Hi speed internet, gas grill, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table. Sonos audio system for music at your leisure inside and outside.

1 King, 1 Queen, third bedroom has two queen size bunk beds, 1 double bed on the main level.

Beautiful Home & Views

Beautiful home, gorgeous views, love the private pool and dock, convenient location, super convenient check in/check out… Only complaint was no washcloths and couldn’t figure out how to use the pool jets. Would definitely stay here again!

1. I had replace the upstairs shower knobs, they were stripped out and wouldn't turn the shower on. 2. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. 3. Main floor shower handle fell off. 4. Many other little issues.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE! Pictures are not accurate!

This property, although in a beautiful location, had so many issues and problems. Do not be fooled by their pictures. Whatever you do, do not book this place unless you like a cold pool with no spa, bikes with flat tires, roaches, leaking refrigerator, window that leaked from rain and poured into the living room, no light bulbs in rooms, sheets that were so pilled that we went out and bought new ones to use so we didn’t get a rash, bed bugs in 2 of the beds, completely blackened stove top, DISGUSTING cushions outside, 3 TVs that don’t work, a ping pong table that is so damaged and has no net, unusable paddles and no balls, living room furniture is ridiculously uncomfortable, dining room table is an old picnic bench that has been painted black so many times it’s sticky, a dishwasher that was unload able due to broken racks (my husband fixed using ties from bread bags), 3 empty propane tanks, none hooked up, exposed wires hanging from TVs and speakers outside, broken lights outside, inside broken lights and ceiling fans with no fans, so many light switches but no idea to what any of them are for, broken tiles around the pool that caused injury, one bed that was so loud we had to take the mattress off the frame to the floor because he couldn’t sleep, a cluster of wires in the living room that is a ridiculous fire hazard, and broken beach chairs, disgusting pool toys and toy bin. Just to name a few of the issues. Incredibly disappointing. Keep looking.
