Gorgeous home in Castalla with WiFi

Well-maintained vacation home in Castalla, an originally preserved village on a mountain plateau, but with all the necessary amenities. The spacious layout in the house, as well as the pool with wonderful sun terrace will delight you. Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the sheltered roof terrace. The property is divided on three different levels. From the house level you access the large outdoor terrace and then to the pool area. A little further down is a smaller garden. Within walking distance of the urbanization Castalla International there is a bar and a restaurant, but it is not always open.

BELLE MAISON MAIS POINTS NÉGATIFS

Maison propre et belle vue mais points négatifs : - Avancer 15e/jour environ pour l'eau, électricité et gaz à l'arrivée (non inclus dans le prix) - Piscine froide et non chauffée (je paye une prestation dont je ne profite pas !) - Pas de petits commerces à proximité ni de transports (véhicule indispensable !) - Pas de chaßnes TV internationales ni de WiFi (je dois encore payer !) - Pas de poubelle ni de petit meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain (je dois poser mes affaires sur les WC) Toutefois, environs superbes (chùteaux de Castalla et Petrer, plages d'Alicante, ville d'Alcoy ...).

Great villa, calm, cosy and a friendly neighbourhood

Overall it was all good. The villa had basically everything you need. Beautiful view over the mountains and lots of space outside the house to just sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors. Ray - the key holder was also super friendly. One thing we missed during our visit was a dryer cabinetry since we had some rainy days here as well. And the climate is quite humid so it has to be a hot sunny day in order to get your clothes/towels dried. Another thing is that the stairs outside gets slippery when it’s wet. So just a small warning. We will come back for sure! :-)

Bonne semaine, villa paisible

Un bémol sur la piscine, l'eau est trÚs fraßche pour nous, entre 25 et 26 degrés. Porte d'entrée principale bloquée et un des deux portails qui ne se ferme pas. Mais que des petits détails, la villa est vraiment parfaite et bien entretenu, le propritaire est un homme d'expérience et trÚs professionnel.

Ww arrived early so called Ray the key holder to see if we could gain earlier entry to the villa, he obliged so we managed to get in unpacked & settled in time to relax by the pool before the sunset. We loved how the villa was very well equiped & had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning whilst taking in the breath taking views of the mountains. We relaxed by the pool & enjoyed having lunch under the gazebo by the pool in the shade. The fact that the villa was only 25 minutes away from the airport & the marina was perfect for us. We loved that the villa had a washing machine so we did our washing as we went along which is nice to home with clean clothes. The local bar “No Problem” was a great little bar with Ollie as your host very cheap food & drink. Overall we loved our first experience of a villa holiday & would highly recommend this villa to anyone, thank you for sharing your home with us we will return. Stuart & Paula Martin from England.

Redelijk rustig en mooi gelegen vakantiewoning. Nadeel: internet is NIET gratis, terwijl HomeAway hier wel mee adverteert. Dit moet je per week kopen. Gas en water wordt afgerekend bij vertrek. Deze prijzen zijn aan de hoge kant, dus houd hier rekening mee. De poolman is de huisbewaarder. Praatjesmaker die niet wekelijks het zwembad schoonmaakt, terwijl dit wel door hem beweert wordt. E.e.a. heeft uiteindelijk toch nog wel een positieve indruk achtergelaten, maar je staat daar plotseling, zeker als het om de WiFi gaat, mooi te kijken.

Very nice house with great pool and lovely view!

We spend one week in this very nice house. The pool was great and the view was lovely. We asked for a child bed but they did not privide us with any at our arrival. The house is not very child friendly - but I guess we knew that before arrival... All in all we have no negative comments on the beautiful Spanish house. You can not have a bad vacation here!
