This newer beautiful home is located in the Village of Hawkins in The Villages, FL. It is spacious with 1300 square feet. There are pops of yellow throughout the home!
It is bright and cheery with a lot of windows. The kitchen has a great island to store all your kitchen necessities and more! It is open concept with dining room, and nice sized living room. It comes fully furnished! There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a good sized master bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The spare bedroom has a queen sized bed, and nice sized closet. There's a nice sized laundry room with sink. Another great room is the covered lanai that leads out to a private back yard that has a privacy fence. It is so nice to have the privacy so you can enjoy sitting in the sun without anyone seeing you. The two car garage is so convenient for your car. There is a brand new four seat forward facing golf cart available for your use, as well. The front porch is a great place for good conversations. It is in a great area close to all the shopping and entertainment your hearts desire! We are so happy to be able to welcome guests to our vacation home in The Villages. It is a precious place where we know you will make great memories!

Wonderful Village Experience

House was clean and everything we needed was available. Chris and Dawn responded to our questions very timely. Thank you! Loved having the golf cart, gave us the true Village experience. Adult pool near by was our favorite. Need to buy more glasses, there were only 4 glasses in the house. The furniture was lovely but very low to the ground. I could see where that may be difficult for some.

Perfect Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for the month of January. Great location, very clean and spacious house! Very nice areas to sit outside! Very private in the back of the house. Great walking path very close by. Very close to rec center and Sawgrass Grove. The owners were just great to work with! I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Village of Hawkins

We spent a month in the house and the location was really great. Close to Sawgrass Grove and Brownwood Paddock. We were very comfortable in the house and enjoyed the 4 person golf car. We had another couple stay with us for part of the month and they also were fine in the second bedroom and bath. The house was very clean and contained most of what you need for an extended stay. Chris and Dawn were very helpful when we did need to contact them (which we only had to do when we arrived and a few days later just to let them know all was well.) We would stay in this property again in the future. The listing on VRBO is confusing as it lists the house in the Village of Sanibel. It is not there! It is in the Village of Hawkins.

Chris and I are from Iowa and Nebraska. We have 3 children, and 5 grandchildren. We love spending time with family! We found The Villages to have an amazing atmosphere, great amenities, unlimited golf, super shopping, fantastic restaurants, and impeccably clean. We still have a few years before retirement, but wanted to purchase here for us to spend our vacations until that time. We also thought it would be wonderful to share our beautiful home with others so they can experience the beauty, as well.

Why they chose this property

This property is amazing because it is in the Village of Hawkins. There are so many things to do in this area including Golf, Shopping and Eating! One of our favorite things to do is to play the 18 hole pitch and put course located in the new Sawgrass Grove area within minutes of our home. The cottage is close to Brownwood Paddock Square. Also Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs are a quick drive away! We also love our home because it is furnished and decorated with hints of yellow throughout the home! It is so bright and light! The windows bring in great sunlight. The lanai is a nice place for coffee, lunch, and dinners. We also love the privacy with the fenced in back yard! The open concept is great for gathering!

What makes this property unique

There are many fantastic pools available for your use - The closest Family Pool is located at the Aviary Recreation Center which is a 15 minute walk and 7 minute golf cart ride. There is an adult pool at Hawkins within 7 minute walk and 4 minute golf cart ride. There are pickleball courts, pool rooms, bocce ball, bags, and so many other activities available for you to use with your guest pass. The pitch and put courses, and putting course are our favorites!
