About this property

Resort Community House with Pool Close to Disney Parks

Our house is inside a resort gated community. Right across our house guest can find the club house where there are two community pools and two hot tubs. The club house also has a gym, a bar and a restaurant. Guest can also enjoy of the private house pool that is on the house patio. The house has 3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and have bed for 7 people. The master room has a queen beed, and view to the lake and the community pool. The second room has a bunk bed, a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The Third room has two twins bed. Our house also has a full equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a dryer and washer machine.

Please note: Pets allowed (max 2) and must be indicated during booking for fee; otherwise fee charged after. Pets not allowed upstairs.

Rental was amazing - very clean! We were there during 100 temps and the AC cooled perfectly! Eduardo was very responsive during the booking and check-in. We will definitely stay again!

A great place to stay. Gated community with two pools and hot tubs, and a small personal pool in the backyard. Close to everything needed. Great owners who respond in a timely manner. The kitchen is well stocked, perfect if you like to cook most of your own meals.

We were there July 24 for four nights we arrived at the property. The house was not properly clean. The bed linen into the rooms were dirty that we had to wash them the blinds to the pool area patio door. They were broken seven were missing the host told us to go in the closet and then we can repair them ourselves. One of the bedrooms was full of ants all over everything that we had to keep our clues in the luggage locked up, were roaches in the living room the furniture. The furniture was all and even chipped up the TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the only solution of the host was for me too check out and go to another hotel if I needed to which we could not do because we had already planned this trip I would not use this house again

We take guest concerns seriously and responded promptly throughout the stay. When pest concerns were reported, we scheduled a professional technician, but the guest declined to allow entry. No photographs were provided regarding the reported cleanliness, linens, or pests despite our request. For the missing blind slats, we explained that replacements were available in the home and also offered to arrange assistance. When the guest stated that finances prevented her from relocating, we offered to refund the unused nights if she chose to check out so those funds could be used toward alternative accommodations. She elected to remain for the full reservation. We regret that the stay did not meet her expectations, but we made multiple good-faith efforts to investigate and resolve every concern reported to us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We’re a large family with four children and a service animal, and the space was more than adequate for all of us. The property also features a small patio pool as well as a main pool; unfortunately, the weather was too cold during our stay to take advantage of them. Our primary reason for staying was our trip to Disney, and the location worked perfectly for that.We would absolutely stay here again.

Incredibly relaxing stay. Central location nearby to dining, Disney and shopping/grocery. Resort pool on premises was great but the private personal pool at night was arguably better. No complaints and will be back!

Break from the cold

Centrally located close to everything 2 of the kids came down for a few days and was close to pick them up at the airport and return them to the airport the ball and hot tub were amazing The property had everything we needed thank you guys so much.

We have stayed at this property 3 times. The owner is very quick to respond to any issues. The townhome is very nice. The living room couches are extremely comfortable. Access to the pool is very close. The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies. Their price to stay there is very reasonable, and we just love renting from them.

Disney Vacation

We had the best time staying at this home. The property was so easy to find, got in fast and loved the Disney decor. We felt at home immediately, it was safe and so very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Had a very relaxing nights rest and cool dip in the pool after a long day. We would love the opportunity to go back and stay here again. Highly recommended!
