Enjoy a relaxing stay in an air conditioned and sunny house with patio and sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. There's a dedicated wifi connected workspace in the 3rd bedroom. The Lowdermilk Park beach is within a short bike ride or drive. A walking path, community pool/athletic club & bike rental are within a short walk. This is the perfect place for four people. It is ready to host anyone looking to relax in comfort and be in the heart of Naples. Every bit of furniture in the house is new, and it is professionally cleaned and managed. We are in constant contact with our management and cleaning crew who are committed to preparing the house for your comfort and enjoyment. Lake Park is a great neighborhood in a fabulous location - 10 minute walk to 5th Ave and a short bike ride or drive to Lowdermilk Park Beach which has public parking. Around the corner from Lake Park Diner, three minutes' drive to Naples Zoo, tons of concerts, marina and boat rentals, Tin City, Bay Front restaurants and bars, a community pool/athletic club for a small fee, and other great attractions.

great place in a great location

The house was absolutely spotless and very well equipped -everything worked, beds very comfortable, good kitchen, lots of coffee pods, etc. Location was good - very nice neighborhood, stores and restaurants nearby, beaches and downtown pretty close. We had a great time.

Charming Home in Old Naples
