It was a pleasure having you and we hope your conference went well. We look forward to having you again.
This rental was perfect for our short stay in Roan Mountain. It was the first time we have been able to bring our dogs along with us on an overnight trip. The home was clean, well equipped, and had plenty of outdoor space for our dogs to explore.
This place is a hidden gem. If you like privacy and seclusion this is a wonderful place . It was quaint and clean and owners were available for any questions we might have.

We always enjoy having you and appreciate how well you treat our house! We look forward to having you again!
I've had the pleasure of staying at Kim & Art's quaint and secluded cottage again and again. Love the place as my home away from home as well as the hosts... would not think of going elsewhere. As a remote worker, I have all that I need for my month long stays, great Starlink service, comfy beds, kitchenware and solitude. Check-in is a breeze with the key lock box on site. I will be back soon!
Great cabin in the mountains, perfect space for my boyfriend and I with our dog. Lots of space for our dog to run and great change of scenery from our downtown apartment living. Trails are not far and a very easy drive! The cabin had everything we needed to make it a relaxing getaway, would definitely go back again!

It was a pleasure having you and I’m glad you guys and your pup got to explore and see the amazing fall colors! We look forward to having you again!
Small enough to feel cozy but not big enough to feel cramped. The kitchen had pretty much every basic utensil. The property is well kept and looks great. Just a fantastic little place to stay.

Just back from a spring getaway to beautiful Roan Mountain. This was our second stay at Kim and Art's lovely mountain cottage. Had a great time hiking with our dogs, who loved being off leash at the property. The cottage is clean, cozy and artfully decorated. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We look forward to our next visit!
Loved everything about the place, tolal peace and quiet we loved it
Totally loved the area and the cottage, the way its tucked back in the cove was great. It only 1 mile from a main road but you had to listen close to ever hear any traffic go by it was great. We was just glad that we brought some of our own firewood the milk create of wood barely got us started.

My buddy and I met there for the race. Art and Kim were awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Only bad thing was it wasn't long enough. Lol. Will definitely be renting it again

It was a pleasure having you both here. There is so much to see and do in the Roan Mountain area and we look forward to your next visit. Thank you, Kim and Art
The cottage was clean, neat, and with subtle home-like decor, but no clutter. It is super quiet, and evenings around the firepit were a delight; easy access to Roan Mountain and the Tri-City area. We were greeted on arrival by a goodie basket and smores gear, left by our hosts; they also left goodies for our Golden Retriever, Boomer, and a personalized note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. I very much doubt that we could have picked a better place.

It was such a pleasure having you and we are so happy that you had a wonderful Anniversary get away! We hope that you will come and stay with us again!
The cabin was wonderful. Neat, clean, well appointed. We loved the privacy and quietness of the property. It was very relaxing after a day of riding our motorcycles in the mountains. That brings me to my only complaint. I would've given a five star review, but that driveway. It was too narrow and the combination of gravel and grass made it hard to get up. The fact that it was raining when we arrived made it that much worse and slippery. Overall, we loved our stay and i highly recommend this property. Just beware of the driveway if you're on a motorcycle or low slung sports car.

We are sorry to hear that the driveway was difficult for your motorcycles and thank you for letting us know so that we can inform other motorcyclists in the future. We hope the beautiful scenery and quiet retreat of your trip far outweighed any difficulties. Thanks again you again for staying with us and taking great care of our cottage!
