This property is absolutely stunning! I was blown away when I walked in. Super Clean. Spacious and it had everything I was looking for. The balcony was my favorite spot. Plenty of room and plenty of places to sit. Also check in and check out instructions were very clear. I must say this was the most responsive host I have ever done business with. Very quick to answer any of my questions and checked in frequently with me. I wholeheartedly will be staying here again! Highly recommend!

This condo is beautiful. Everything was wonderful. Great location, gorgeous decor, incredible ocean views. Best place we have ever rented. Jack, the host, is outstanding. He is responds quickly and does everything he can to insure your stay is perfect. He is a rare gem! We only had one problem. We always try to leave our rental in better shape than we found it. This time we couldn’t do that because everything was perfect.

Beautiful unit with floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular balconey, Oceanfront and the biggest in OC. See and hear the waves in every room. Very clean and great for couples who want to share expenses beacause 2 of the 3 bedrooms have king size beds. Since there was only 2 of us, we only used the master bedroom and the bed was new and very comfortable. Also big TV's with DVR (Direct TV). Would definitely recommend this unit

We had an exceptional stay in September 2026. We have been vacationing in this building in OCMD for over 40 years, and this is the most gorgeous ocean front unit available to rent.It was incredibly clean and decorated so nicely. The furniture and beds were comfy and we loved how spacious the unit was since we had our 3 year old grandson and 6 month old granddaughter with us. We loved sitting on the balcony in the comfortable outdoor furniture.The owner, John, was wonderful to communicate with. He was always friendly, accommodating, and quick to reply. We cannot wait to book our stay here again for summer 2027.

We brought our family of 4 to OC for the week before 4th to be close to the beach and friends. This is the first time we have stayed in OC since 2019. The location and condo were both excellent. You can’t beat the access to the beach and walkability to a lot of restaurants, grocery store, etc. Views of the ocean and fireworks were fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodations in this unit are perfect for a group of 4 to 6 people. Plenty of space and privacy. The beach views are spectacular and the access to the deck from every room makes it even better!

Amazing place to stay right on the beach with many amenities. Book it ! It’s beautiful! We had an amazing time. Thanks to Jack , our host , for making everything run smoothly. Our experience was excellent and the Sea Watch is family friendly with a playground, movie theater , 2 pools , a game room and the beautiful beach just steps away . This Condo and the host are top notch !
