Bright and airy, located on the thirteenth floor of a recent, quiet, luxury condominium with a splendid panoramic view over the Loire and the city of Nantes, you'll be seduced by this apartment with its meticulous furnishings and decor. Featuring a beautiful living room, a bedroom with a dedicated workspace, and a beautiful furnished loggia, this apartment is ideal for stays of a few days or a few weeks for professional reasons or holidays/weekends. A bike room and a private parking space on the ground floor are also available.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room (lounge/kitchen) with a large connected TV and a sound bar for listening to your favorite music via Bluetooth, 1 double sofa bed (140*200) with new, comfortable bedding.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with: Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washer-dryer, fridge with freezer compartment and a host of kitchen equipment...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200), new quality bedding and desk
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
- An air-conditioning fan, ironing board, iron and drying rack are also available for your convenience.

Le Loire Enchantée is intended for people on professional transfers, training courses, apprenticeships or medium-term stays. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we'll need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, without a duly signed contract, we won't be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment right next to the banks of the Loire, on the famous Ile de Nantes. You can reach the city center in less than 15 minutes: by bus (Tripode stop less than 3 minutes' walk away), by streetcar (Vincent Gâche stop less than 10 minutes' walk away) or by bike (Bicloo station nearby). Once in the center, you can go shopping, have lunch in a restaurant, have a drink in a bar, visit Nantes, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the Place Royale and Place Graslin...
Also a 10-minute walk away is the Beaulieu shopping center and its shopping mall.

Public transport :
- Tripode Bus stop 4 and 5 nearby or Vincent Gâche streetcar stop line 2 or 3.
- A Bicloo station (self-service bicycles) is available nearby, a 2-minute walk away.
- Nearest train station: 15-minute walk
- Nearest airport: shuttle bus from the "Commerce" streetcar stop or the train station takes you to Nantes Atlantique airport in 20 minutes (depending on traffic).

- Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are included and the bed is made up on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods, tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures can also be carried out on arrival and departure.
