Overall excellent experience! House is well kept, fantastic location and plenty of space in the house. We did a beach days, night at Belmont and enjoyed the night in the hot tub. One thing we did not realise before booking was that the staircase for the house is pretty steep. We had littles with us so had to keep an extra eye on them. Besides that we would absolutely book again!

Property was perfect, location was amazing. Funky lemon across the street is one of my new favorite places! The host was very responsive with any questions. We had a large group and were able to manage sleeping room for everyone, we did bring some air mattresses for extra room. Had everything we needed, including a whole bunch of beach supplies. The free bike rentals were also a plus!

Enjoyed close proximity to the beach, the upper third level and the comfy beds. First impression though was not great upon arrival: unable to open most living room/ kitchen windows as most were not functional (nails had been tacked in place to avoid opening a few), handles very flimsy felt it was going to break when opening, rotting wood in the window sills ( likely due to intermittent water damage over time??) so it was quite stuffy. Would have loved to have the fresh airflow and smell of ocean. Couches in living room with multiple old stains present for which there was hesitancy to actual sit. Home was clean though many areas throughout the house needing upkeep/replacement due to obvious overuse. Overall, I felt the price I did pay for my 4 nights was overpriced. Would definitely recommend purchasing new couches, replacing windows and focusing on shower areas.

This was a great stay and an amazing view from the roof. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for my family. The best part was the property management. They were there for us when ever we needed. They also helped us with early and late check ins. I would recommend this place.

Great place in a fun location

We wanted an entire home without having to share walls or have someone above or below us and this house worked out great. Fantastic location with the beach steps away and tons of bars and restaurants a quick walk or bike ride away.

Fantastic location, no nonsense

Perfect location, steps from the ocean. A working gas grill on the roof top level came in very handy feeding stone hungry teenagers. The hot tub was handy too after surfing in the ocean. Super easy check in and check out.

San Diego vacation

We had a great time. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The Viking stove was nice! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The condo needs a little TLC though - it’s definitely had a lot of use.

Enjoyed our stay doing. Great outdoor spaces. Easy access to the beach. Parking is tough, but neighbors gave us a tip when we arrived. You have to back in and it's not bad at all.

Wonderful Vacay House

Thank you guys so much for letting us stay in your wonderful vacation home. Our stay was wonderful, we slept like babies (the kids LOVED the joining sofa beds) and really enjoyed the views on the rooftop and soaking in the hot tub. One item you may want to make more clear is the Alexa system, but we figured it out :)

The location was amazing, the view was also amazing it was clean and great communication with the property management team. It was my daughter's, my sister's and my nephew's birthday and my nephew's first time to a beach.

Family Fun at SKY HIGH

Our entire family of 7 had fun at the Sky High house. The roof top & views were the highlight, along with the hot tub. Our kids loved crashing on the huge living room sofa bed, easy walk to local coffee shops and direct beach access. Super easy checkin and checkout too, thank you Surf Style!

Amazing rental!

Our stay was fantastic in this rental. Location alone was spectacular. House layout, roof top patio and hot tub were all a hit with our group of 9. Loved having beach to go cups, extra towela and that some items were "left" like olive oil & spices. Always helpful and nice to also be able to leave extra items inatead od throwing them away.

Perfect location

Our stay was very pleasant, no complaints, parking was a little tricky but very doable (we fit our Ram truck and my father in laws SUV fine), just make sure someone is helping you back up. Location was perfect, steps away from the beach. House was clean, washer/dryer on site was super awesome since we had little ones with us. Definitely would stay again!! *people with little kids we careful with all the stairs, maybe bring a baby gate, they are very step.
