Amazing! Even better than I expected from the pictures :) it’s its own oasis right by the beach. The owners really outdid themselves thinking of every little thing one would want. Couldn’t be happier and will come back!

We just loved this cozy bungalow! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The yard with pool is just lovely. It was also the best-equipped of any VRBO I’ve stayed in—all cooking basics and plenty of other supplies like soaps and even laundry detergent! David was so helpful and responsive. Excellent stay—would definitely recommend!

A great spot and a short walk into town.

We enjoyed our stay and it was great for our dog. The location was quiet but so close to town that we walked to most of our favorite venues. The house was generously provisioned and we look forward to returning.

So wonderful to have a pet friendly place to stay with a pool! It was an easy walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. We hope to return next year

Adorable house in a great location, easy walking distance for family with 3 young kids to the main strip of shops and restaurants, easier to drive a short distance to the beach with all the beach equipment we bring, 5 mins. The pool and hot tub were a great place to cool off and unwind after a long day at the beach. Great communication with host and easy check in process. Nice outdoor deck and grilling space. All the kitchen necessities and comfortable place to sleep for all. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great backyard

The house has a lot of charm and is clean/updated. It’s beautiful! The backyard is exactly as advertised in pictures- beautiful! The property manager was easy to contact and extremely helpful. Great place, great stay! Not one complaint.

We had a fantastic stay at this adorable and spotless home! It’s beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The amenities really made our trip extra special — we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub, grilling out in the quaint backyard, and winding down by the gas outdoor fireplace in the evenings.The location is ideal — a peaceful walk to the beach and boardwalk, and just minutes from downtown Rehoboth’s amazing restaurants and shops. It was also the perfect home base for easy day trips to Dewey, Bethany, Fenwick, and even Ocean City.David, the host, was absolutely wonderful — responsive, attentive, and truly on top of everything to ensure we had a great trip.Our family absolutely loved our time here, and we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Not as advertised, horrible property manager

If you’re like me and the backyard amenities were what drew you to the property, know that the state of the back yard is not at all as advertised as of August 2022! I went for my bachelorette party, this house was booked in April. The property manager contacted me LESS THAN 48 HOURS prior to check in, to let me know that the pool wasn’t ready and the yard was a mess. He did however offer another property, but it had no yard amenities. We got there to find that the code provided was incorrect, the pool was COMPLETELY unfinished, the yard was hazardous, there was no fire pit or lights, the hot tub kept shutting off, all kinds of issues. In addition, there was no parking available aside from the one car in the driveway. Free street parking was originally promised, but turns out it was a high fee for a permit. And the property manager claimed that I had not paid in full and that I owed the full amount when I in fact paid for it IN FULL back in April. Horrible property manager, not truthful, and not as advertised. The house, however, was beautiful and very clean. Just be aware if you are drawn to what the yard has to offer. The property manager was rude and unhelpful the entire trip, he caused such an inconvenience for what should be a once in a lifetime event. He did discount me a small percentage which ONLY came off of the house fee, none of the additional fees that I paid. A VERY small amount back on an EXTREMELY expensive house with all of these issues seems a little subpar. Last thing to note.. I was referred by him as “lady” in response to my message voicing concerns. He did not apologize and I was made to feel as a nuisance.

Hi Chelsey, I undertand your frustration and share it- our pool contractor has really ruined our summer by tearing up the back yard. I am disappointed in your review and characterization of me considering I did notify you of the problem before your stay, I offered you another completely finished (and nicer) property to stay in instead at no extra cost, and also gave you a refund of 20% of your stay at my suggestion, before you even asked. I am a little puzzled that after our dialog which seemed like you were happy with the compensation, that you would go on the attack like this.

The great out and in doors!

Wonderful property! Short walk to the Main Street for all your needs, but backyard is the show stopper! Highly recommend! Clean and comfortable!
