Welcome to our home in Charlevoix, Le Chateau de Charlevoix.
One block to Lake Michigan Beach Access, a short walk to Downtown Charlevoix and Marina down beautiful Michigan Ave. Deal directly with the homeowner! Not a management company that may not respond, I am ALWAYS available! My husband and I take pride in furnishing and equipping our home to the high standards! We put our heart into our home and know that you will truly enjoy vacationing here. Audra Brockway-owner

We have all that you might need and more here; we have the comforts of a home away from home. We have WiFi for you to do what you need or nothing. We also offer a gas grill for you to use, plus seating on the back patio and yard.

The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath with plenty of space to move around. One bedroom has a new King mattress. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds. Our kitchen is full of what you will need to cook what you might want or walk to dinner in town.

What sets our home apart from the other rentals?
1. Comfortable entertaining/relaxing areas throughout the home! Extra Large Comfortable Couch, Oversized Rocker, 2 HD TVs with WIFI digital streaming, YouTube TV, Netflix, outdoor gas grill!
2. A well-stocked kitchen! Oil, spices, cookware, coffee makers, cooking utensils, etc. Save a little money and prepare a few meals at home.
3. New King Size Mattress! High thread count sheets, hypoallergenic pillows, and covers. Nothing better than having a wonderful bed on vacation!
4. Start your vacation with the necessities! From toilet paper to shampoo and soap and bath towels, you will feel like you’re at a 5-star luxury hotel!
Our home is centrally located to many entertainment areas and restaurants!
MANY restaurants within a couple of miles;
Stafford’s Weathervane, That French Place (Make sure I tell you about their crapes), Scovies Gourmet, The Villager Pub, Bridge street Tap room just to name a few.
5. Walk to Lake Michigan in a matter of minutes or to town down quite Michigan Ave in just a couple blocks.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Quick responses from property manager and access to a very comfortable interior living space were extra bonuses to this experience.

Quiet, relaxing getaway.

Family of three and a friend with an older teen stayed a week. We had so much fun hunting for Petosky and Charlevoix stones at the beach. We took a day trip to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and even popped over to South Beach in Leland to take a peek at their stones. We had fun walking downtown Charlevoix, and completed the fairy door scavenger hunt for the 2nd year in a row. Shop owners were wonderful about our hunt and even offered hints if needed. Quiet neighborhood. Well appointed home with so many comforts that it’ll save you time and packing. Property owner is super helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. This was our 2nd time staying at this home. We love it!!!

We are Michigan Residents that have traveled to Lake Charlevoix for years on our boat every Summer. Last year we had the opportunity to buy our cottage so that we could bring our family and come when we could throughout the year instead of just in the Summer. We love the season changes that are so beautiful UpNorth and took advantage of the Winter and skiing again. This is a dream come true for Jamie and I.

Why they chose this property

We have had our eyes open looking for the right place and this came available last Winter. We feel so blessed to have been able to move forward to ownership. We love that we can hear the waves on Lake Michigan when the windows are open. We are in a beautiful neighborhood with wildlife that comes every night through the yard. It is a quick walk to downtown and only 1 block to a not very well know Lake Michigan beach access.
